I'm not super fond of Barbie, and I don't usually care for flip books, but this one is actually kind of cute.
I like that when you are flipping the pages, rearranging Barbie's outfits, you also make different sentences. The first segment contains a descriptive phrase, like "With a smile on her face" or "Just for fun." The middle section says what Barbie is doing, and the last bit gives a location. For example, "After hiking for miles," "Barbie two-steps" "at the beach party." It actually works really well, and is fairly cute. Little Miss loves it.

I was babysitting today and was reading this book to the kid. I thought it would be kind of stupid, but it was cool. It cracked me up with its cheesy Barbie phrases, and it was kind of cool to mix and match outfits so that they didn't make any sense. Teehee!

My daughter loves these books. It's kind of like a story and paper dolls all in one.
