Good but confusing

This was an interesting story (although if I have to read the words "tore through them like tissue paper" any time soon, I may scream) people from now (I think) are in France trying to cure plague. A really cool story!

This is really a cool story. Totally improbable even if it wasn't impossible, it completely upsets every presupposition about what would happen if modern people could time travel to the past. Hardly anyone is a hero, save two. Only one of the modern folks has any redeeming value, while royalty and commoner alike is bad. I admit that I love time travel stories, but even those who don't should agree that this is rollicking good fun.

Quite an epic piece of SYFi

A bit more background on the “Goodmen” would have enriched the least for me. Overall, I was quite pleased with the reading and the fact,in this age of serialization, it was a novel with both a beginning and an ending. I look forward to future works from the author.
