Love this cookbook. Bought it in 1995 during one of my vegetarian phases and have continued to find good recipes in it over the years.

Most excellent vegetarian cookbook. Our copy has been used so frequently that a visitor may think it in serious need of being replaced. I find it comfortable worn-in. :) Jay likes a lot of spice. The first time I make one of his dishes I'll frequently 1/2 the spice.
The book also gives good information on the cooking of beans and various types of beans, including those that may be difficult to find.

This cookbook is great. Even if you like to eat meat, you will appreciate this cookbook. Good cold pasta recipes, and good soups.

I have not found one dud yet in this book. Too bad it's out of print. If you find a copy somewhere and you like to cook and you are looking for great meatless recipes, grab it. You won't be sorry.
