Rescuing Harmony Ranch by Jennie Marts is a sweet, fuzzy, and enjoyable contemporary romance that truly checks all the boxes.

Have you ever thought what it would be like to live on a ranch in the early 1900’s? Rescuing Harmony Ranch by Jennie Marts is a charming romance novel which takes place on a working ranch in Colorado . Visitors to the ranch are educated in what it was like to live and work on a ranch during the early 20th century.

Jocelyn grew up on this ranch and loved it. Her mother, wishing to give Jocelyn more opportunities in life, moved Jocelyn with her to New York for her remaining high school education. S

If you're lucky enough to get a second chance, don't waste it...

This story is a touching and charming story about two people getting their second chance at love. Joycelyn left New York to come to the aid of her grandmother who lives in Colorado. Jocelyn has not been back to her childhood home in 10 years. There are a lot of good memories, but also hurtful ones. The major heartbreaking one being Mack, her first love, her first kiss.

Mack stayed in Harmony Creek and is now the blacksmith and custo

What an awesome read. I couldn't seem to put it down once I opened it. Grams had an accident and Jocelyn came home to take care of her. Jocelyn juggled her work on a new Coffee Shop campaign and the campaign to save the ranch all while making sure her Grams was doing well.

Mack was her exboyfriend and the grandson of Grams best friend Loretta. We meet a cast of matchmakers and good citizens who want to help save Harmony Ranch. Grams has a big balloon payment coming due this month and it is up to

Rescuing Harmony Ranch by Jennie Marts is a delightful story of family and friendship and what happens when two meant to be people are reunited. Jocelyn Stone spent most of her childhood living at Harmony Ranch in Harmony Creek, Colorado. It is a living history ranch filled with artisans and volunteers. When her mother and grandmother had cross words, she was whipped away from her country home to the bustle of New York City. Finishing her senior year and then matriculating through college, Jocel ...more

The past and the present converge for two yearning hearts in "Rescuing Harmony Ranch: A feel-good romance from Hallmark Publishing". Author Jennie Marts infuses this sweet second-chance contemporary romance with interesting glimpses of life in the Old West at the transition from the 19th century to the 20th century. Years ago, after a disagreement between Jocelyn Stone's mother and grandmother, her mother had left Colorado with Jocelyn in tow and moved to New York. Jocelyn had eventually success ...more

The story line is predictable and follows the “second chance at love” plot line. That might sound like a bad thing, but to me, it is wonderful! In times that the world is facing now, and for the past year, with the Covid virus pandemic, I want to read a predictable, happy, emotional, lovely story! I also want to watch Hallmark movies where the world may not be perfect, but by the end of the movie, things are settled, love is found and characters do go on to live a better life.

Hallmark's first book entry of 2021...will not disappoint. Jocelyn is up for a big promotion at her job but must return home to Harmony Creek when her grandmother has an accident. Upon returning home, she encounters former love, Mack. a blacksmith--and quite a handsome one at that--and a big problem regarding Harmony Ranch. To save the ranch, Mack and Jocelyn must work together--and better understand each other's worlds--to get the job done.

This was a fun book from Hallmark Publishing and included the elements I’ve come to expect in a Hallmark book: a spunky heroine, a hunky hero, a good reason to keep them apart, but a fun time watching them fall in love and figure out a way to be together anyway.

Jocelyn and Mack were childhood sweethearts in Colorado, until her mother moved her to New York City. Their love story ended, although neither forgot the other. It’s been a decade, and when Jocelyn’s grandmother needs her help, Jocelyn dr

I have been reading Jennie's books from the very beginning of her Page Turners series and she just keeps getting better with each new story. Her characters seem more like old friends than characters in a book. I have fallen madly in love with her heroes and I can relate to the feelings of her heroines. She really brings her characters to life. When I finish one of Jennie's books, I anxiously await the next. Rescuing Harmony Ranch is a sweet story of second chances, filled with love, humor, and g ...more

A sweet second chance that will fill your heart!! Mack and Jocelyn ‘s story is so sweet and engaging you will not be able to put it down. What made this one of my favorites is the family theme that runs throughout the story. The Grams were so much fun. I got a kick out of Savage and his antics! It also was so heartwarming to see everyone including Mrs. Krandle (secretly) working so hard for a ranch that means so much to their community. This was a fun story perfect to read to escape the crazines ...more

Jocelyn finds herself back home in Colorado when her Grandmother breaks her leg. What she doesn’t realize is that her first love Mack works on her Grandmothers ranch as the blacksmith. Mack sure knows how to be romantic even if voicing how he feels proves hard for him. I found this one incredibly well written romance that will make you swoon.

A new author for me and I enjoyed every minute of the story! I laughed at the dog's antics, cried at the difficult decisions this couple faced and cheered at the success of the fundraisers to save Garmin Ranch.

This second chance romance is worth a read. Jocelyn and Mark have been friends since they were 10 years old. Her mother moved her to NY from the living history ranch in Colorado where she lives with her grandparents, when she was 17. She wrote Mack as they promised each other, but never go

Beautifully captures life in the country where the world moves a bit slower and neighbors were like family. Jocelyn and Mack grew up together hanging out and working at Harmony Ranch, a living historical museum. Years have past after Jocelyn moved to NYC and she is sent back home to help her grandmother. Old wounds are opened when she works with Mack, but maybe those wounds can heal with maturity and young love. They are sweet and adorable with their competitions for everything, love for the ran ...more

Second chances all around🤩

Jocelyn races back to Harmony Creek when she gets a phone call about her grandmother who has been in an accident😢 She’s hoping she can totally avoid Mack, the man who broke her heart but when she arrives, she realises that that wish is futile❣️

Mack can’t believe that Joss is back on the Ranch😳 When it appears they are going to be working together to help save the Ranch by ensuring the Harmony Creek Festival goes off with a bang, both are worried about how they will feel

There's nothing I enjoy more than a feel good romance. The one you know from the start it's going to make you believe in forever love.

Rescuing Harmony Ranch is just that. It's the story of puppy love that transcend time and distance.

Rescuing Harmony Ranch is more than just rescuing the ranch, it also rescues Mack and Jocelyn. The second chance romance is a heartfelt read that gives all the feels. Years apart did nothing to keep their love at bay, they are a couple meant to be together. The author really puts the reader in the small town scene with her characters and I would love to meet Molly who seems like such a character. I've seen many Hallmark movies, but this book has topped every one of them. I look forward to see wh ...more

What a delightful book!!! I loved it! I've read a lot of Hallmark books and this was one of my favorites! The perfect Hallmark story with added depth. I loved the tidbits about blacksmithing throughout the book and finding out that the Harmony Ranch was based on a real ranch near the author. I would love a sequel focused on another romance hinted at near the end of the book.

I received a completely ARC from Hallmark. All opinions are my own.

It turns out, that the annual festival needs to bring in more finances than usual, because her grandmother has made a lot of depts to keep the ranch afloat. Because if she doesn't, she will forfeit her ranch. Having grown up on that ranch, Jocelyn can't let that happen. Even if it means teaming up with Mack, her high school sweetheart, who has broken her heart all those y ...more
