I really liked this edition of the Billie B Brown chronicles.

I thought it was going to get preachy and heavy-handed with the environmental theme, but instead it presented the issues in a way that will make kids think and help them see different takes on an issue. (As someone who is both allergic to bees and has been stung without provocation more than once, I appreciated that! But I do also care about the silly creatures!)

A good instalment. I was trying to read these books in order, but I jumped from #3 to #23 to read this one.

My daughter and I couldn't resist reading this new story for the 10 year anniversary. She loved them when she was little.
Billie is still the fun, adventurous girl she always was. Full of character and emotion. These books are good examples of how friendships work.
Perfect for readers who are starting to read on their own.

My daughter, age 7, loved this book and asked if we could buy more Billie B. Brown books when we finished it.

It was a great easy read book with a simple story line that was easy to follow.
