Hot Holiday Fling by Joss Wood is a Christmas themed romance for two people intent on staying commitment free who discover being together is worth the risk.

Adie Ashby-Tate is a woman whose family is part of high society but has a cold relationship with her parents. She’s taken her talents and connections and made herself a concierge to the rich and famous – whatever they want, she can get. She’s decided to bring her company to New York City over the holidays to expand her territory and avoid thi

4 stars. Joss Wood really knows how to evoke emotions. Her books are just so addicting in how well written they are and how real the characters feel. I adored this book and I kinda hate that I read it so fast because I just wanted to stay with Adie and Hunt but also I could not put my kindle down once I started reading this.

Both characters are well developed and extremely likable. Hunt is dealing with a bad divorce from an awful marriage and the loss of his best friend. Adie has issues stemming

Review to come: Just notes

Your reading mood can definitely determine how you feel about a book. I'm pretty sure when I started reading this book I just really wasn't in the mood to read it. But after a couple of days I was in the right mind set. I went from not really caring about the characters, to liking them.

Hunt and Adie are two people who have been hurt badly by the people they loved and were supposed to love them back in return. Adie didn't feel the emotional and nurturing love

This is the story of Adie and Hunter, both professionally successful and both personally let down through their childhoods. As determined by the publisher/genre this is story jam-packed with glamour, money and glitz. To be honest, I read it despite the glamour – I always find that unrelatable and often find it distracting.

Not this time though. The strength of the characters, the emotional path to a happy conclusion, the portrayal of a modern and equal relationship all shined bright to ensure I

Hot Holiday Fling is a nice addition to the holiday season.

Love, love at first sight romance that’s builds and grows. Hunt and Adie have issues from their past that leads to trust issues for the couple. It was great that they were able to open up to each other even though Adie was working at opening up but a bit hesitant but she is coming around. It’s not good when pass issues affect new relationships. Often in relationships we bring baggage that has nothing to do with the present relationship.

This was a hot and perfect Christmas Holiday read! I loved to read it and I read it on one go! Adie is searching for someone to love her for who she really is, because of her childhood past. Due to his childhood past Hunter is not in the least looking for a relationship. During theri hot holiday fling they discover each other’s pasts. They both thought a Christmas fling woudl be just that, a fling, but considering sparks flew the moment they met….
Too bad Hunt doesn’t do relationships. But career

This is another amazing book by the amazing Joss Wood. Adie and Hunt have great chemistry and connection between them right from the start and both think that it is going to be easy to have a holiday fling and then just walk away but things don't always go as planned. They have both been burnt before so trust is a big issue for them but will they be able to eventually let down there walls to have a chance at love only time will tell. I definitely recommend you read this book as it is so well wri ...more

Adie and Hunt think they’re going to have an uncomplicated, no-strings-attached fling for the short period of time she’s in the US. But there’s so much chemistry and tension between the pair, I knew there quickly were going to be lots and lots of strings involved. This was another pair that I loved in equal proportion to how much they frustrated me. They’ve both got histories that have made them reluctant to trust in relationships I was really glad to see Hunt finally open up to the possibilitie ...more

Fast paced, steamy and delightful! Joss Wood's latest is sure to please if you're looking for a little holiday cheer during your down time. The characters are refreshing with a holiday fling you won't want to miss.

Adie and Hunter each have an emotional backstory that has led them to the place in life they are each pursuing at the moment, but falling for each other wasn't part of the cards they dealt when agreeing to a temporary holiday fling ... too bad no one told their hearts!

I highly recommen

This is a typical higher heat Harlequin story with the usual rich people contemporary set up. The chemistry between the two main characters is really well written, and I really enjoyed the first 3/4 of the book. I found the ending to be dull and unsatisfying because the two main characters suddenly had a change of heart and went from 'I don't want kids' to 'Let's have kids together.' It felt forced and annoyed me with the whole HEA = marriage and kids, which didn't fit the characters and is a ri ...more

I absolutely loved this book. Loved it from the moment Hunter walked through the door and Adie saw him. You knew there was going to be a hot story here. Ms. Woods books are always great but somehow this one is even more special because of their past and the families involved. Christmas season gives a little more festive to it but the story is fantastic and the only thing I didn't like was that as much as I loved it I hated for it to end. Hope she does more on Kate so we can also see how Hunt and ...more

Christmas Chemistry!!!

This book was so sweet! I liked how Hunter and Sadie clicked from the moment they met. They had such great chemistry. And their relationship didn’t feel rushed to me at all, it was nice how it developed over time. Kate was an fun secondary character as well - I’d love to see her get her own story. This book was heartwarming from beginning to end. A fun holiday read!

Adie meets Hunt when she comes to New York hoping to open a store like the one she has in London where she supplies the riches their hearts desire. They flirt at their first meeting realizing that have some hot chemistry but then they meet again and find he is the wealthy friend that is to attend her grand opening. I loved both Adie and Hunt even when they comes from very different backgrounds they are perfect so each other.

I got this book a little bit over a month after I ordered it but because of the current pandemic and holiday season, everything got backed up.

But I cannot be happier to finally receive my book yesterday, especially after what has transpired in the US last week, even though I live in Canada, I feel safe yet still terrified and scared, knowing I have few friends living in the US.

And it was the perfect distraction I needed, it was rather a fast read but truly enjoyable indeed.

What an enjoyable holiday romance! Sparks definitely fly between Adie and Hunt. This is a nicely developed romance that I thoroughly enjoyed and could not put it down. Both characters have trust issues and a no strings attached romance starts but feelings develop and grow. I really love the characters.

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel from the first page until the very last. It has been a very rare occurrence that I could just pick up a book and read it in one day; but, I was captivated by these characters and their amazing love story instantaneously.

Loved how this book showcases the instantaneous chemistry one can get at first sight. It was a heartwarming book, loved the chemistry between the two main characters! One book I’ll def re-read again and again! Kudos!

Oh, this was exciting and electric. Adie and Hunt have amazing chemistry and the back and forth was what kept me reading as it made for an entertaining read. The tension was palpable and this was a great holiday read.

Another great story by Ms. Wood. Adie and Hunt meet and immediately feel a hot and unforgettable instant attraction. The two wind up working together and decide to have an affair while Adie is in New York, no strings attached. Except, emotions get in the way. Even though they both have baggage and profess to not want love and all it entails, that is exactly what they do want. Acknowledging it is another thing. This is a hot, steamy story, and with so much emotion that it is a great Christmas rea ...more

Omg this was steamy from the get go, and so cuuuuute🙂. Aide and Hunt are a perfect pair in their quest to find a safe place to love. They really are an amazing pair to find that happily ever after.

The pacing of this story is smooth, easy and subsequently an enjoyable page turner. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, I think you will enjoy it as well.
