First of all, no. Save yourself the DNF. It's not worth your time to read any of this. Not all Doms are male and not all Subs are female, hate to break it to you. That was incredibly small minded and horribly written. A club that caters to only hetero male topped d/s relationships is crap and would in no way survive the kink scene. Kink is all about inclusivity. Kink is also about communication, being respectful of boundaries, and trust. All this having to wheedle the truth/vulnerability out of someone while using kink is so incorrect to how kink works. I'm all for using kink to heal, have at it. But this is literally a how-not-to-kink. If I could give this negative stars i would.

Author doesn't understand how BDSM works
Couldn't help but roll my eyes half the time, and couldn't even finish the book. The phrasing was passable at best, and often cringe. It's very clear that the author has never actually engaged herself in the bdsm lifestyle. This is right up there with 50 Shades as a book full of misinformation masquerading as something knowledgeable about the subject. Would not recommend.

Club X Almost as Steamy as Salacious Players Club.
If I had read this series when it came out it would have knocked my socks off, but this year I read Sara Cate's Salacious Players Club and all the details she added really ruined me for this one. Plus Madam Lynn was a great character but not as good as M Robinson's Madam.
That being said the four stories I binged ..
I loved the Male MRS
Lucian in Book 1 was an excellent Dom
Issac in Book 2 was a really patient Master
Joseph Book 3 showed a different Master side and I loved his Mafia background, but honestly an editor should have caught he ran out of bullets in his race to kill his father and brother. I think there should have been more Back story for all of these men , what led them to Club X , and to their preferred kinks.
Zander 's story was my fave..we never got a true picture of his dark side, just that he was a ruthless business man.
Lucian 's story had the best steam, it really was very close to Sara Cate's book Praise..
I would have liked more detail of the Club we kind of lost that after book 2.
Definitely for readers who love steam with BDSM

Very Young Vanilla Women Play Slave
All of these women are very young, college age, several have the stereotypical annoying roommate. None of them had a clue what they were doing. One was even a virgin- gross. I don't have time for virgins to realize what kind of book they're in. They all get auctioned off for silly reasons. Why can't we have a late-twenties/early-thirties/even fortyish MFC who is the CEO/billionaire and she enjoys being a slave and volunteers enthusiastically? Maybe she pays the million and it goes to charity and she gets to play slave to another billionaire, no financial power imbalance. These contrived setups to force these women onto the block were just ridiculous. Lots of girls on all fours. Lots. Like that is the only position there is.

Overall, meh. Some things I didn't love and some things I did. Be prepared for some darker content outside of the already intense sexual relationships, if you're sensitive to SA, rape, kidnapping, abuse, murder I would advise against reading.
I'll probably read more of their books to try other themes.

So. I didn't hate this one. But I also had a hard time understanding Dahlia's predicament and how her trauma was used the way it was. I understand her not wanting to share such a dark part of her life and the shame that can come with that, but I think that the conflict between her and Lucian could have been avoided if she was honest about her needs up front (but again, I do understand the inability to share those dark parts).
I also wish we had more insight into her life with her family. I get that this was a novella and was meant to be more of a short story, but I feel like a lot of my questions went unanswered. But that's okay lol

There came a point where I was only in it for the smut and even then I was confused. I had a really hard time understanding if this was a genuine representation of the BDSM community (because I think if you're writing it, you should represent it as accurately as it is in real life).
So. Katia and Isaac. I really enjoyed how the parts where he was kind and loving and gentle with her trauma, and I really wish we had been able to explore that side of him a bit more. But I felt like their relationship/story moved wayyyyyy too fast. I also really am not a fan of the insta-love trope so I guess that's my bad 😂
Idk. I just didn't vibe much with their story but there's nothing wrong with that.

Very few words. I really didn't know how to feel about Joe and Lilly. I just started to feel like she was getting super attached and that maybe he wasn't a very good person for her and again with the insta-love.
Also why is there always a mafia guy named Joe???? I laughed when I realized he was a former mafia guy just because of the name.
Again, not much, I just didn't vibe with it. But no judgement to those who do because people like what they like and that's okay.
Given: 4/5⭐️
So I actually really did like Zander and Arianna. I liked that he wanted to protect her from Danny and that he was not going to just throw her to the wolves and let her suffer. I enjoyed that their sexual relationship was a bit more of an equal partnership and that he took control when she let him know that it was okay. I liked that he let her know that he did care for her and was willing to do almost anything to protect her.
Also the fact that he introduced her to Lucian and Dahlia AND we got to see that Dahlia was pregnant (woohoo!!!).
There was a bit of insta-love but I really enjoyed that their conflict was caused by an external source and not seemingly because of issues in their partnership.
OVERALL: 2.75/5⭐️
Not bad. Not the best thing I've ever read. But it was interesting to step out of my normal zone of books to see what the hype was all about. I think if I had just read Bought and Given I would have scored higher, but overall I just didn't vibe with the middle 2 because they're just not what I'm into and I think that's a reasonable opinion to have.
I think I will probably try some of the other books by these authors and see where I stand with their other content (because I know it's different themes).
I'll probably read more of their books to try other themes.

I basically DNF after 3/4 of the way through. But I forced myself to skim the last “book.”
Bought: Can’t remember what I rated it but I’m sure it’s below a 2.5
Sold: puke in my mouth 1
Owned: 2 -was semi into it but it really reminded me why I took a 6 month break after the first two books/half of the book.
Given: I got sucked in and then I regretted it. Basically skimmed the whole book and got the gist from skimming.
I’m not kink shaming and I like a good spicy book but this was so simple minded and had such weak female characters I just couldn’t. Also why does everyone have to have a problem/ bad past or issue to be in the BDSM community in these books?
I’ve read other Willow Winters books and enjoyed them but this was just a no.

I finished the first two books in this, in a span of 24 hours. It is just THAT good.
Book 1, Bought — This book resonates with me on a deeply relatable level, reigniting a flame within me that had long been extinguished. Recalling my experience with Book 1, I couldn't help but draw parallels to my past self, the one who used to find joy in, well, you know... those moments. Over time, I had subdued that fire and concealed the old me, as it evoked painful memories of the past. However, after immersing myself in this book, a yearning for the same kind of excitement emerged within me. So, without hesitation, I give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it!
Book 2, Sold — Honestly, I need to be upfront about this – there's something about this book that unsettles me, and it likely stems from Katia's backstory. It's just a bit too intense for my comfort, and I find myself vividly picturing the events she went through. Reading about her past and the hardships she endured makes me feel uneasy. Despite giving Book 2 an 8 out of 10, acknowledging its overall greatness, I must admit that Katia's past is emotionally challenging for me to handle. :,)
Book 3, Owned — Sigh. Regrettably, this book didn't quite live up to the high standards set by both Book 1 and Book 2, which surpassed my expectations. I had hoped Book 3 would elevate the series even further, but, alas, it felt somewhat lackluster, resembling the countless 2010s Wattpad fanfictions involving "mafia x someone miserable." Perhaps it's the fact that my teenage self is revisiting it, and my present self can't help but cringe at the rehashed mafia theme. However, I must give credit where it's due—the authors skillfully crafted Joe's backstory, and that deserves applause.
Book 4, Given — My expectations were set sky-high for this final installment in the series, and I'm thrilled to say it not only met but exceeded them! Every aspect of this concluding book is nothing short of perfection. The emotional rollercoaster is masterfully executed, deviating from the usual BDSM theme that defined the series, yet still delivering intimate and lovingly crafted sex scenes. "Given" proves to be an excellent choice to conclude the entire series, offering a satisfying and fulfilling ending.

good premise, but badly executed
I really liked the storyline of this book and the characters, but it was so poorly written I had to DNF. I really liked the characters, Lucien and Zara, but for me there was too many spelling mistakes too much grammar issues and there was bits of the stories that were repeated there were sentences that did not flow. There was kind of big jumps in there writing I just couldn’t finish. I am currently writing this review one-handed feeding My child do not judge my spelling and grammar in this. Thanks

I am so unsatisfied with this story I read the first book and it was ok a little hard to get through, but then the second book started and I am like no thank you. This book I heard a lot of hype over and well hate to break it to you it is porn. Hardly any plot and it so stupid. I mean at least Fifty Shades of Grey had a plot. This is awful down right don't recommend I would rather get my ass kicked by monkeys that would have more entertainment then this book.

Book 2: Girl wants a Master because she was a sex slave for four years.
Umm.. what? Like seriously? Getting off on previous trauma… by reenacting said trauma. Just a no for me.
Did not make it to book 3&4. I love WW, but this book was a huge let down.

The idea of the book was kinda like other 3 - she needed her dark prince to overcome her past.

I read 17 chapters and epilogue. I just got bored 🤷♀️ Joseph and Lilly have their happy ending.
Glad she wasn’t broke like Katia and Dahilia from previous books.

I read it years ago and after reading/skimming through chapters, it was good. Zander and Arianna’s story was kinda predictable. Some darkness, drama, spice.
The idea of the book was kinda like other 3 - she needed her dark prince to overcome her past.

The first book was ok, I liked the second I think the most. The third book was the worst and the most annoying to read my god it was a struggle to get through 🙄. And the last book was ok in some aspects and others not.
The bdsm was some what accurate but the inconsistency and a lot of issues I had with the last book was disappointing.
Some of the scenes, play, and dynamic were inaccurate. My issue with the collar information was the most annoying to read about. Some people believe that they are like a proposal/ring. But they aren’t always that serious. They could signify a relationship between people, ownership, you could receive one from a friend for protection/friendship, you can even collar yourself.
I also didn’t like that all portrayals of relationships were strictly M/F-D/S-M/S. Not even one mention of lgbtqia representation at all. Every auction was women only. All members were men and they were the only D/M. Didn’t like that at all. A TON of the lgbtqia community is involved in the bdsm community. So I was extremely disappointed there were no female doms or masters and there weren’t male subs or slaves.
I also didn’t like the “bdsm will fix all your mommy and daddy issues and sexual trauma” bullshit. It’s one thing to use it as a tool to explore those things. It’s another to portray it as though it’s a magic cure all that a dom can use bdsm to magically cure those issues and make their sub/slave all better.
I did like the portrayal of the club itself. There are clubs just like it. Of course on the more blue collar scale. But security, protection, shops, rooms and stages were sort of accurate.
The trainers that help new comers and having different areas to explore new things in a safe environment was a nice touch. That’s pretty accurate.
I do think the author at least has some experience with bdsm even if it’s speaking with those involved or reading books with accurate information.
But again some people follow the old ways and rules of bdsm which some of the aspects in this book follow. I wish it had a more modern approach to some things though.
I did enjoy the drama of the characters. I was surprised by the actions of the male characters and what they were involved in. I was expecting this to be just a regular millionaire rich guy and a women. I wasn’t expecting such dramatics. It definitely made it more interesting for sure.
I didn’t like how rushed the love was. It was pretty much a love at first site instant love trope (the last book was the worst offender, you knew her yet now she’s the most beautiful person ever??) plz. Definitely not my thing.
The endings always felt rushed and half assed. I would have preferred a full series on the first and second books characters.

Ok where to start, this book is super spicy, highly detailed scenes, overall a good premise. So this is a collection of stories and while I made it only through 2 of the books let me explain my rating.
I loved the idea of the couple’s and the story line that was there was great but unfortunately there was not enough story for me. It is 90% “spice scenes” with some sprinkles of their relationship outside of the bedroom. The little bit of story lines we got were not complete.
Example: in book one she gets in trouble for not answering her phone because she was out shopping for a gift for him, he tells her to leave the gift with the driver and then you hear nothing about the gift until chapters later where he’s drinking out of it in his office. Like when did she give it to him? What was his reaction or thought about it? Towards the end of the book it goes from them telling each other they are in love with each other and then 2 pages later he’s thinking about proposing but the book just ends. The second book has similar issues for me with time jumps and basically lack of story telling for me and it’s truly unfortunate because I feel like these stories could have been really good.
For spice level I would give it 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
But unfortunately for the overall story I would only give it ⭐️⭐️

Super Hot and Sexy
I wasn’t expecting much from this story, but I was pleasantly pleased.
Dahlia is short on money and finds out about a “auction” she can participate in and make some money for her college tuition. She has never experienced the Dom/Sub lifestyle but she is very interested in it… and what better way to experience it than in a club that has rules and contracts…
And then there is Lucian who decides to buy her at auction, because he likes the fact that he can train her… and boy does he.
I wasn’t expecting much from this story, but I was pleasantly pleased.

When I had this recommended to me by one of my best friends, I had to admit, I was intrigued. I loved reading about all four couples in this collection. I’d say Lucian and Dahlia and Joseph and Lilly’s books were my favorite two books but that doesn’t mean that Isaac and Katia or Zander and Arianna’s books weren’t’ good too. I took my time and savored these books. I’ve read other books by Willow Winters and each one has kept me coming back for more. Lauren Landish and Willow Winters knocked it out of the park with this book.

I found this on Kindle Unlimited and genuinely enjoyed the characters, the settings, and the stories. Being that this is a collection of four books set in the same world but focusing on different couples, there was an interesting overlap of characters and plots that merged. I believe romance stories like these should not be too long; I was surprised to find out that these books were just a bit too short; they ended right where I wanted them to go.

Maybe I didn’t give it enough time but I wasn’t into it so I decided to move on. I wasn’t a big fan of the FMC (Dahlia), I thought she was boring and I didn’t feel a strong connection between her and Lucian. Sometimes I’ll keep reading if there are other aspects that intrigue me but this just wasn’t for me.

I heard very good things about this series but was very disappointed once i started, all the stories have very great potential but were all lacking details and seemed to be all over the place. to many spots in the stories and jumping from one thing to another without finishing the last train of thought.
