What do a delivery boy, a seamstress, and a princess all have in common?

I found this book to be easy to read and the story easy to follow. The writing is clear and imaginative with interesting and intriguing characters. Although at times they seemed a little underdeveloped. I did find elements of it basic and it lacked complexity; how
