This Christmas, something magical is happening in Sapphire Bay.
Kylie loves everything about Christmas. The lights, the carols, the snow-covered streets and, most of all, the smiles on the faces of everyone she meets. Well, almost everyone. When her friends ask her to organize the biggest fundraising Christmas party Sapphire Bay has ever seen, the florist inside of her is itching to get started. But that means talking to Ben Thompson, the closest thing to the Christmas Grinch she’s ever met.
Ben owns the only Christmas tree farm in Sapphire Bay, but that doesn’t mean he’s full of the Christmas spirit. He came to Montana searching for peace and quiet, but pesky Kylie Bryant, with her addiction to all things Christmasy, is driving him insane.
When Kylie helps him save his business, everything about her begins to make sense. She's getting under Ben's skin and making him feel alive. But a letter from his lawyer changes everything. Will a secret from Ben's past tear them apart or will they finally get everything they've ever wanted?
MISTLETOE MADNESS is the second book is the Santa's Secret Helper's series and can easily be read as a standalone. Each of Leeanna's series are linked so you can find out what happens to your favorite characters in other books.
Leeanna Morgan is a USA Today bestselling author. She lives in New Zealand surrounded by green hills on one side and the ocean on the other. She enjoys going for long walks, especially if she can convince her husband and two children to go with her!
Leeanna writes contemporary romances set in Montana. Her books contain all of the things that are important to her; good friends, family, a strong sense of community, and a happy ending.
I found this novel charming, sweet, and blessed by the spirit of Christmas. Small communities have their own special magic when people come together and achieve the impossible by pulling together. Ben is a city transplant and it takes time for him to come to the realization that there are folk willing to stand by him, if only he would let go and start to enjoy being in company. Kylie had her reasons for relocating to Sapphire Bay and she quickly discerns Ben's disability. When the Christmas Party is jeopardized by an unexpected disaster, Kylie turns to Ben for help and it takes all her ingenuity and quick thinking to make him see that there is a way to solve all their problems. This romance comes to a heartwarming conclusion and new beginnings for Ben and Kylie.
I love reading good clean romantic novels especially about Christmas time. It was a too good to be true story but I loved it. Kylie and Ben and the whole town was so heartwarming in helping people who needed help through granting wishes. What a splendid idea of love and service. Including Charlotte just added spice to the story. I loved it. I also love reading Leanna Morgan’s books.
This was a cute and wholesome Christmas read with excellent writing and storyline. I liked the main characters, Ben and Kylie, along with the supporting characters. However, I found some of the challenges were resolved too neatly, without the expected drama, for lack of a better word. I like Leeanna Morgan and will continue to read her work, but this book wasn't for me.
The second book in the series and and what an amazing story. Get ready to read at warp speed, as you will want to know what happens next, after every chapter. I am very acquainted with Ben situation through my work and appreciate the care the author had in addressing the issues. Absolutely loved this book!
Mistletoe Madness: A Sweet Smell Town Christmas Romance (Santa's Secret Helpers series Book 2)
Being hearing impaired is hard. It got harder when you find out you have a small daughter you never knew existed. But finding a wonderful women to help made it all good.
Absolutely loved Book two in the Santa Secret helpers series 🎄❄️🎄❄️ Great characters with nice adult communication none of that fake break up due to misunderstanding nonsense just to get back together two seconds later 🙂
A rural Christmas tree farm brings the local florist/fundraiser extraordinaire together with the grumpy owner and the two of them work together to create a Christmas party to remember.
Together, a community was determined to make as many families safe and happy as they were able. Read Mistletoe Madness for a glimpse of how Santa's Secret Helpers grew from a few to many!
I love the characters of this series. Most of all, enjoy their focus and determination to do good and make things work when it looks impossible. Real heart-warming story. Loved the addition of Frederick. An enjoyable series.
This was a good solid read with interesting characters. As the whole town gives a hand in helping a project for the homeless. So many other projects are also started or are in progress. Meanwhile second chances for love and family start blooming.
As my holiday theme book reading season drew to a close, I wanted to sneak in another book before my self-imposed deadline. I love small town romances, and I really enjoyed this one. I loved the characters and am looking forward to reading more in this series.
You did it again. This is once again a book that once you start to read, you don't want to put it down. You once again make me read until the birds wake up and tell me it's morning.
What a beautifully written romance on a Christmas tree farm between two young people trying to help their community. A surprise child enters into his lufe. Great resd.
This is a wonderful cozy romance that is hard to put down. It has great characters and a great plot . It is part of a series but this is the first book that I have read by this author and can be read as a stand alone. I look forward to reading more books by this author and more in this series.
Sapphire Bay sounds like a beautiful place to live. I love the characters and how the people help each other as needed. How I would love to live in a place like Sapphire Bay. I always hate to end the story but happy there are more stories!!
This entire town is full of good people who take community very seriously. Those who can work hard to improve the lives of those in need. Through this good work our couple meet and fall in love.
Ben chose just the right town to settle in when he was searching for a new beginning. The way Charlotte came into his life and his reaction was heartwarming. I'm looking forward to reading more books in this series!
Mistletoe Madness is a Hallmark movie in print. It's a love conquors all dream that wraps up far too neatly in a bow. While it has some "ahhhh" moments, it is far too unrealistic making it difficult to fall in love with the characters (and situations) that are "too good to be true".
I can't believe how fast I go through her books! They are such a delight to read, and make me feel so god while reading them. I grateful that there are so many more!
A sweet Christmas romance. Ben, the grumpy hermit, finds love with Kylie, the florist full of Christmas spirit. Along the way Ben finds that he has become part of the community and people are more than willing to help. He also has to confront his past and work out how to move forward.
Enjoyed the story line. It was romantic, lighthearted, easy to read and full of giving and the spirit of Christmas. I liked the characters. I would recommend the book.
