A Staten Island Love Affair
After hearing that he’ll never be able to have kids, Hudson is trying to pick up the pieces and move on with his life. With Mina there, she makes it all better for him. Yet, he has become very cozy with his bottle of brandy and that worries Mina. Ronnie is still trying to fight for her marriage, except Hudson doesn’t want her. Her bitterness and anger is still toward Mirror. Mirror is living her dreams. With a baby and a new man, she’s over the moon. Especially since her family approves of Orlan. Mirror has always been known to take the high road, but what happens when she starts to stoop down to Ronnie’s level? Will she push Orlan away? Myeisha is trying to plan a wedding, keep an eye on her fiancé and run her shop. However, it’s hard to do that when you’ve been avoiding your ex. Rucka is still hurt that he hasn’t known about his son and Myeisha hid their son from him. Will Rucka forgive her? Or will this cause a strain their relationship. With the explosive ending of part two, everyone has to deal with what has happened. Mouse is causing more trouble than is needed. When Messiah finds out exactly who Mouse is, will she have to kill a rat once more? Teck is trying to deal with all that has happened and trying to be there for everybody. After the ending of part two, everything is sure to heat up in Staten Island.

Most of the characters lack sense…
At their big ages, most of the characters lack sense. When Mina calls Myeisha stupid to her face, Myeisha shouldn’t get offended because she is. And while we’re at it, Maliah as well. Can’t wait for the resolution in the final book.

Wow more surprises and drama!
This just keeps getting better and better! More emotional drama, no communication between these couples. Babies for everyone! Janay ain't no good and neither is their mama! I know darn well Rucka and Mariah ain't about to get it popping! Harri and his freaky friends got their karma and Lou's mama she was no better knowing what Harri was into! This series has so many wow moments! I can hardly wait to see how Jah wraps this up whew!!!!

This book was a lot and there were a lot of triggers! Glad Harri got what he deserved as well as B Dubb. I just pray Mouse is next. I need Maliah to get it together- Teck is a good man. Mariah is definitely catching feelings for Rucka and he might be catching some back. Mirror took it too far for me in this. Interested to see what happens with Hudson and Mini 👀 Myeisha keeps claiming she’s not stupid 🤣 this book proves otherwise. Girl, come on! She’s playing. She knew this man wasn’t the one and still married him when he is playing in her face. I’ve got no words or sympathy for her. On to book 4!

OMG I knew her sister was shady
Myeisha married Lou anyway despite the red flags she surprised her husband and find him in bed having sexual relation with her sister Janay who she doesn't get a long with and both of them are pregnant. I think Myeisha is pregnant by Rodger even though he was heartbroken by her decision. Mina is pregnant by Hudson he is drinking himself because of his wife. Ronnie has put him thru he'll cheating on him and have babies by his twin brother and a unknown men. Teck and Maliah broke up because she is afraid something might happen like her twin Mariah who lost her husband and twins.
Kiss was raped and violated in the wrost way and left for dead. Kiss was never be the same again with therapy and healing and time and support of her family. Mariah and Rucka are becoming close friend they both understand pain and heart break. Can't wait until A Staten Island Love Affair 4

Pow!
I couldn't out this book down. The story was taking us on a roller coaster ride. Seems like everybody had drama. I ant believe Maliah and Myiesha though. What are they thinking? Well Myeisha is getting what she deserves but Maliah needs to get her man before she's too late. But really, what's up with all these errors. I had to keep rereading to understand what was going on. I had to take a star for that.

First of all none of these characters got on my nerves like Myiesha but lawd this ending took the cake. Lou stooped wayyyy to low. A lot of things happened in this story that brought me to tears. I hope everyone can find their way out of these dark situations they keep finding themselves in.

There is a reason her sister Janay is a dirtybird. Smh. I'm soo mad right now. Myiesha is a dummy. Why did she marry that man and she knows he doesn't have her heart. I’m so mad at Myiesha …but that’s what keep us reading right…the characters lol ! Life would be boring without the suspense and anticipation! I just absolutely hate she went through with the wedding..now now have a feeling Ruka’s fake wife pregnant from when he was spiraling. Lord know if him and twin do anything in the next book! Well on the the next. Lol great read

Whewww, this book took me thru it!! Between Mariah and Kiss, I cried my eyes out. I really had to take a break after the funeral scene because my heart hurt so bad. I really felt like I was living in this story and these were my friends that were hurting so bad. That’s how you know the author is an AUTHOR!!! Can’t wait to jump into part 4!

The level of drama and unexpected turns in these jokes are just insane 🤣
I’m relieved that Kiss and the Twins didn’t die as we were led to believe in the last book. Something tells me that Kelis might be a problem when/if she finds out what happened to her parents. Especially if Mouse gets a hold of her.

Omg book three will have you yelling at the characters with the way they acting. Poor Rukus he just can't catch a break, not sure how she was able to get the DNA results switch but when the truth comes out she's going to be more hurt than finding her sister riding cowgirl style. Great read
