Arwen Sullyvan is a real nightmare.
Callous. Cold. Calculating.
And the first girl I ever loved. She’s the bad girl of Westbrook High, and I’m their precious golden boy.

For years, she’s delighted in punishing me. All because I’d fallen for her. And, like a fool, I still want her.

Then a drunken confession slipped through those plump lips, and I saw fear swirling in her sto

The Bad Girl by AD McCammon was a good ex-best friends now enemies to lovers romance, but there was a bit too much push and pull at times. Arwen is an outcast at Westbrook High, and people either hate her or fear her. She doesn't fit in and doesn't try to. When she first moved to town, her one and only friend, her best friend, was Aidan, the town's golden boy and football star. They were inseparable the summer before 8th grade and quickly became close. But when Arwen was seen as the ou

This is the 2nd book in this awesome series and is Arwen and Aiden’s story. This is a unique tale as Arwen is the tough, stubborn, and misunderstood bad girl at Westbrook High, while Aiden is a good boy who befriended her at 13-years, loved her and lost everything. These two are total opposites, and try to stay clear from each other, yet the chemistry between them is explosive. This is a well written story which if filled with realistic and engaging characters, witty and sarcastic banter, emotio ...more

This book had me invested from the very first page.

I liked these characters in When the Saint Falls but fell in love with them in The Bad Girl.

Arwen and Aidan are raw and tangible, and their chemistry is on fire.

A.D.McCammon was able to convey the struggles people face when it comes to their sexuality and the preconceived notions of who we should allow ourselves to love.

This way surpassed my expectations, with a powerful message which shone through and resonated with me.

I cannot wait to read C

“I can’t stand you.” My heart warms in my chest as I lean in to give her a quick kiss. “I love you too, Star.”

This book was so entertaining the easy banter between the two main characters was everything!!!! Arwen stole the show this book was hers such an interesting complex character to read about, loved how unapologetic her she was and her relationship with her friends and family. Even tho this book gives you the enemies to lovers vibe is so much more, the characters used to be really good

I imagine many would describe Arwen as a “nasty woman”. Wasn’t that a thing a while back? She’s guarded and harsh but we all have our reasons for how we act, don’t we? I enjoy complex characters with realistic and complex emotions. If a man acted the same way, he’d probably be praised for it. *shrugs* I enjoyed a lead bisexual character as well. Much is at stake when you write one. There are a lot of opinions about bisexuality in general so you’re sure to displease someone but I think it was wri ...more

A.D. McCammon delivered big on this one! Arwen and Aiden are fire. I already knew these characters from When The Saint Falls so I was very excited to dig deeper into their lives and figure them out. I absolutely love how fitting this title is for Arwen and the refreshing vibe I got from reading about a bad girl/good guy versus the more common bad boy/good girl storyline. I could read theses Westbrook characters forever but I know I get just one more. That said, I can't wait for The Princess and ...more

I love Violet and Thatcher so much that I wasn’t sure if Arwen’s book could possibly be as good. How happy am I that it was! I loved reading all about Arwen and Aidan and their story was so much fun. I couldn’t put it down once I started. And the best part were all the cameos of Violet, Thatcher and Cole. I can’t wait for book 3!!

This is the second book in this series. I haven't read the first one there were some references to what happened in the first book but I wasn't lost in this story. This is a best friend's turn enemies turn lovers story. Arwen and Aiden's story was cute and entertaining. Loved the banter between these two. I loved how the story went back to how they met and what happened that made go their separate ways. Now I need to go read Thatcher's story and can't wait for Cole's story.

Great read!

This was my first book by A.D. McCammon and I was incredibly impressed! She hooked me from the very first chapter and I didn't put it down until my eyes were literally unable to stay open anymore.

I really fell in love with the characters and their story. Every scene and every action felt so authentic. The author absolutely knew her characters and they shined through.

The writing was also very strong. I got huge LJ Shen vibes throughout the entire thing.

I love Arwen and Aidan so much it hurts. The chemistry they have together almost caught me on fire and that 's saying something. Arwen is the bad girl with a hard exterior and even harder image but everything isn't always what meets the eye. Aidan fell in love with her a long time ago and now has to fight for that love.

I'm so happy this bully was a switch from the norm. I'm tired of the guys always being the bully's and still getting their redemption. It's time someone made the girl the 'bully'

I received this for an honest review!

I loved Arwen in the first book. He reputation for a bad girl and seemingly tough exterior was quite appealing. Reading her story was a bit different for me. To realize she isn’t as tough as she was made to seem and to suffer from the same thing that ails most of us in school was enlightening. Her relationship with Aiden was definitely a wild ride. There were a few things I didn’t care for.
One was the relationship her dad had, it seems to progress rapidly by

I was juggling with 3or 4s but then I felt it wouldn't be fair to Adien. He deserves all the stars in the world. I don't dare to take the stars away from him. Never!!

“You’re so perfect it’s sickening,” she grumbles, pressing her lips to hold back her smile . And I was nodding my head the whole time

Wow, this book was really enjoyable! I had not read AD McCammon before but was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked not only the story, but also the characters! I liked that this wasn't norm and the "bad person" in this book was our leading lady- Arwen. She is strong and I REALLY liked everything about her!

All in all this was a book that was enjoyable to read and the chemistry between the characters will keep you engaged throughout the entire thing! I give it 4 out of 5 stars and will tota

So good! I loved Violet and Thatcher so much, I couldn't wait to read this. Arwen, and Aiden are meant to be together, yet, they are not. This book has so much to offer the reader. The characters leap off the page and become real. It's a world that I fully immersed myself in. Told in dual pov, it really helps set the tone for the book, and doesn't leave you hanging in what the other character is thinking.

Arwen is tough as nails, or is she? I absolutely loved her in the first book in this series,

I absolutely loved this book!! Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of the “alpha, bad boy,” but there’s also a special place in my heart for these types of heroes. The ones like Aidan... he has his sights set on one girl, and no one else will do. I loved Arwen’s feisty spirit, but appreciate the heart of gold and vulnerability she was hiding underneath that tough exterior. And Aidan? Omg! How can you not love that boy?! It’s not everyday I read a book like this, where there’s a real reversal of ro ...more

All in it all out cos halfway isn't anything !.

Arwen hates Aiden. He was her first friend , she his first love and then it all changed. Loved how this played out and how we get to learn about Arwen, the real Arwen and how she became the hardball of hotness she is. Loved how Aiden played all her games and won a couple !. Need to read Coles now !

I enjoyed The Bad Girl by A.D. McCammon.
Arwen met Aidan when she had nobody, and he filled a void that had been empty for some time. At thirteen, they spent there summer enjoying life, but the moment feelings became involved, Arwen ran. Using cruelty to keep Aidan at arm's length, they went years hating one another. But what happens when an unexpected trip happens, and feeling resurface?

I LOVED how A.D. McCammon switched things around with a female making a male's life miserable in High School since I don't believe I've ever seen that in any of my books so YAY! Arwen & Aidan were friends when they were younger, but there came a point in time when she decided to make his life a living hell when he fell for her. He's the golden boy while she's the bad girl of Westbrook High, but with bullies, there tends to be more than meets the eye more often than not. They try to keep away fro ...more

The Bad Girl is book two in the Westbrook Three series.

I have to admit, I really liked this book from the very first chapter. I was completely intrigued by the relationship between Arwen and Aiden and this all started in the first book when we discovered there was issues between them and that Arwen was stealing all of Aiden's girlfriends.

The main thing that I liked most, was that Arwen was not your typical FMC that you expect in the enemies/lovers, high school bully romance. Usually the guy is

'Arwen is stubborn, rude, and emotionally stunted. But she's also my best friend, the only person I feel like I can be myself around.'

I really enjoyed this book and found that it was an easy read. The language flowed and the story itself was typical of the genre but still felt fresh. I also love a book that is told in dual POV! It means that as a reader you are never guessing at the feelings and motivations of the main characters.

This is the super hot, opposites attract story of Aiden and Arwen. She is the bad girl with attitude and he is the school jock. Lots of chemistry makes this story a must read. It is a standalone in a series of great stories with amazing characters! !

I received an ARC from Hidden Gems in exchange for an honest review. I really loved this book. It was so refreshing to read about a couple where the roles were opposite of what they usually are. In this book, Arwen was the strong personality and afraid of commitment, and Aidan was the love struck one. I absolutely loved both of them, and highly recommend the book to anyone who loves a good high school romance with all the feels.
