“The Trifefta of Health” is the most informative and easy to implement health and lifestyle book I’ve read in years. The book provides an easy to understand and solid healthy long-term plan for living and eating backed by real studies and science. Yes, this is a vegan and while food plant based (WFPB) book, but that doesn’t mean that you have to be completely vegan to benefit from it. It is written by a very successful and globally renowned vegan gastroenterologist (gut, stomach, or tummy doctor), Dr Angie Sadeghi; and if there is anyone that should know what’s best for the stomach, the gut microbiom, and overall human health, it should be a gastroenterologist! Additionally, this is not one of those books where one has to follow and believe everything that is recommended. Even if one just understands and adopts some of the book’s recommendations one should feel better, healthier, and happier. After what I’ve learned, I’ve committed to go dairy free, eat more organic beans and legumes, and from there, transition more of my diet. I recommend this book to those who are already knowledgeable as well as those just embarking on a plan to eat and feel better.
