Very good book, Dr Brooks truly is a pleasure to gain guidance from however you will find that a lot of these techniques would be rather hard to apply directly right away or even in a couple of years, needless to say there are a couple of really good ways to categorize people that could directly benefit you if you are in more of a communications type of position. Would recommend a read for general insight, and continued application, I would hold off if you are looking for direct positive impact right away.
