Even though I am not a teen I like the way this book is presented. It takes grief and gives you options to choose- a plan- something to do to help cope. I like the strategies. It is filled with quotes that are relevant and uplifting- and poetry written by teens who have suffered a loss. Excellent grief book.

Not an easy subject to deal with however the author did her best. I did get bogged down in a few spots that just seemed to be unnecessary information for the book.

It was great to read this after I lost my mom to breast cancer in 2002.
