Книга, която прочетох за около час и половина. В нея има доста засегнати теми, но мисля, че спада повече към личностно развитие, не към анализ на околните. В нея има засегнати много теми, като езика на тялото, как всъщност мозъкът запазва информацията, помощни стъпки как да подобрим паметта си, защо да четем и различни видове четене и подобни. Книгата е доста кратка и засяга всички теми доста повърхностно, но някои от тях доста ме заинтригуваха и бих прочела повече за тях.
