This book was so important and helpful that I just wanted to hug it. You read things that you know you should be saying yourself, but the way Nia writes it makes you believe it. I found myself smiling and in the best of moods while reading this book. The last chapter I felt was unnecessary for me but it might speak to other people. I highly recommend reading this book at least once in your life.

This book was amazing. It’s an interactive journal, but I have so much useful and and lovely things about self-care. I love her, she emphasizes the self love is a journey, not a destination, and we forget that we think that loving yourself it’s gonna be a destination by the end of the day it’s not I’m not gonna always love each other and there’s more about self care. I love the art of this book. I love the journal prompts. This book needs to be read by every girl or woman, or anyone that considers themselves as a woman because it’s so helpful and so and enlightening . I want to just gift this book to to my friends because it was very life-changing and so beautiful

The book is filled with simple yet impactful gems. I’m gonna be honest and say when I bought the book I picked it up and put it down for literally a year and a half. It just didn’t seemed like something I needed or all that helpful. It wasn’t until I hit a low point and all that I thought that I knew about self love really needed to be re learned. We can be doing so great, and have a situation that shatters us and this is the kind of gentle book that nudges us to think deeply and try to put some of those pieces back together. It’s not the most groundbreaking book, but it doesn’t need to be, this book has some of the most important loving reminders that we need in order to remember our worth. A very loving book, it’s worth a read.

Honestly this book is definitely for teenagers. It was pretty cringe to me and the overuse of the word queen just didn’t sit right. I think it definitely could be so helpful to some but to me it was just a girl sharing her journey about her hair the whole time. The cover is beautiful and the prompts were fun but they didn’t really make me think that hard which could’ve just been me and maybe this book didn’t come at the right time in my life. A younger audience would appreciate it a lot more it just wasn’t my style.

This is a really great book for young women, old women, basically anybody really. Through six chapters, you are guided through self-reflection and self-love reminders about your body, relationships, goals, self-love, and more. There are a lot of opportunities to reflect and write about yourself. For someone struggling with loving themself or who is going through a tough time and needs some guidance on how to get better, this book is a great start.

This book was not for me; however, the cover is so beautiful I just want to have it near me to look at. It feels like this could have been a book I would have appreciated as a pre-teen although I still don’t think I would resonate with being referred to as “queen” by the author.

While this wasn’t for me I can see it being great for female readers in their late teens, twenties, early thirties. Lots of prompts for journaling, stories and inspiration to reflect on how you care for you, your body, reset, recharge and being lightness into your life

Very pretty cover and illustrations, however -
This wasn’t really for me. I found it repetitive and somewhat derivative, nothing really groundbreaking, but I think teens and young adults who want to dip their toes into the self-love genre would appreciate it for sure!

It was a bit repetitive in some parts. The beginning was what had had me hooked, but from the middle to end it was not as appealing for me anyways , I really like how they incorporated little journal prompts in this I thought this was a poetry book at first lol !

I honestly don't understand what this book was about. Most pages are empty with little insight or wisdom to offer. It seems as if it were thrown together in hopes it would make the author money.
