This is one of Stella Cameron's earlier romance novels and as such does not have the polish and snap of her subsequent works. It was a good snapshot of what the romance publishers wanted their writers to produce at the time. I found myself enjoying it more when I skimmed the parts that grated and focused on the story-line thread. I don't know that I'd read it again, but I'm glad I got this glimpse into the author's earlier writing. Two and a half stars.

Not a Christmas story. The storyline lacks something and the characters are not well developed. It was a good idea for a story I think just not well written.
