This brought back so many memories! It's a brief look back at the period when The Beatles ruled the world of music and pop culture. Great walk down memory lane.

The photographs warranted the five star rating. There are plenty of it and it is a keeper for all Beatles' fans. This is definitely not a substitute for a proper biography. There are not many words in this book, except to describe the photos or provide information on the era.

Very much a photo record of the Beatles, from beginning to end. Lots of great photos, but it's unfortunate that none of the photographers were credited.

The biography aspect is extremely high level, not a lot of depth there, but truly the focus is on the photos.

I'd say that about 10% are photos of the four lads I hadn't seen before and having the accompanying descriptions for all the photos is a bonus.

Overall, not a bad book for browsing through and remembering those days gone by.
