“Gustav Klimt perteneció a la generación de artistas que se propusieron reformar la concepción de la imagen pintada en las últimas décadas del siglo XIX y las primeras del XX. […] En analogía con los mitos clásicos, fue una figura de Empédocles: conservando, preservando y, finalmente, avanzando”.

Bastante detallada y con datos muy interesantes, esta obra se enfoca en los paisajes pintados por Klimt. La edición es de muy buena calidad.
