Sol is used to not being noticed she doesn't rank high enough but she has noticed Eduardo who is second in command to the pride of werepumas that protect the Amazon's village. Eduardo doesn't want to get involved with another woman but his puma is fighting his attraction to Sol who is also his mate. This was a really good paranormal romance read, with some great characters and you get some unexpected twists and turns.

Sol Rios is an Amazon . She isn't a warrior but she doesn't rank the lowest. It's just that no one really sees her. Since the werepumas' have shown up she has had a crush on the second-in-command of the werepumas' Eduardo .

Eduardo is adamant about distancing himself from Sol and any other women. He has been burned before and it's not going to happen again even if it is his mate. Lol oh what an action packed story. Some times I just want to hit Eduardo over the head ! But you should read to see

Sol Rio was a young Amazon who had eyes for the second in command of the werepumas Eduardo. Eduardo thought less of her because she was shy and he didn't think she had any backbone, but she decided that she wanted to know his problem and when she trailed after him to give him a piece of her mind she really didn't get an opportunity. Things didn't happen the way either one expected and changed the whole dynamic of the village because of the Indians. I liked this storyline and the characters were ...more

Sol is used to being the one nobody notices, but that doesn't mean she hasn't noticed Eduardo, the second in command to the pride of werepumas that protect the Amazon's village. Eduardo has no intention of ever becoming involved with another woman, but when his puma takes control he finds it difficult to fight his attraction to Sol, and lashes out at her.

Sexy, and fascinating characters. Sol will realize that she has to stand up for herself and Eduardo needs to let the past go and claim the woma

Sol feels so alone as others find their mates with the jaquar shifters. Eduardo is not wanting to take a mate but can't quite fight the attraction. It leads to a dangerous situation.

I did feel sad for Sol and her feeling of not measuring up to the other woman. She was very insecure and only wanted someone to care for her. Eduardo really struggled with connecting to anyone. You want them to find some happiness with one another. I liked that the story didn't end with a cliffhanger and resolved the

Short and sweet, this tale will have you tied in knots from start to finish. Ms. Makela definitely knows how to spin a tale, with vivid characters and a plot that grabs you from the start and drags you along right up to the last word. This book continues on the path of the Amazon women and Werepuma males as they continue to pair off, finally finding their true mates. The hurdles they have to clear, both emotional and physical, all add to the dramatic events bringing Sol and Eduardo together. Wel ...more

Enjoyable read
Although this book is short it has all the attributes of a good book. Action, intrigue, and romance alone with a HEA.
This is a great addition to the series and yet is a self-contained story.
I recommend this book to read.

Another great story, the interaction and chemistry between the characters Sol and Eduardo is wonderful. I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.

Book three in this series. Paranormal is not my favorite choice. This has steam, action, misunderstandings and ends on rocky ground. If you love shifter romance. This one is for you.

Sol wanted the same other women had. But as a lonely Amazon that nobody seemed to care about, she had felt invisible around others. However, she still had hopes of getting her partner but the one she had her eyes on showed no interest in her. It seems that only a great event was going to change Eduardo's way of thinking and that event was just around the corner. Some action, suspense, disappointment, sadness, passion and violence in this story. Short but interesting and entertaining.

Great addition to the series. This novella although it's short had plenty of intrigue, action, and of course steamy romance. Super glad that everyone got the HEA they deserve. Looking forward to seeing what else is in store for this series. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no monetary compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.
