A perfect cozy!

Spicetown is always fun to visit and I love the characters.....they feel like old friends! The author has created a cozy town filled with mystery, friendship, quirky supporting characters and two main characters - Cora the feisty Mayor and Conrad the police chief who makes sure the Mayor stays out of trouble as they solve cases. I enjoy their "banter" and friendship!

I'm looking forward to the next mystery!

Taxing Times

This sixth book in the Spicetown mysteries continues with another crime committed in the small town in Ohio. Regular characters gear up for the Spicetown Easter Egg Hunt but a murder victim takes center stage. All the stories in this series portray the everyday lives in a small town where people support and encourage each other and true friends really exist.

Great read

Interesting and helpful too. I thought the idea to reuse the Easter eggs by having the children them in for candy or toys was great!
