After spending our honeymoon in Oaxaca, we just had to get this book. It's a collection of recipes from local cooks across the country including the woman who ran the bed and breakfast where we were staying. And her food was wonderful. This book offers a little history, information on the local markets and restaurants and some background on each contributor and their recipe. It's a very personal book and I just love it. The Cocido de Carne de Res is excellent.
