Great medical cannabis book.
Since Cannabis has been legalized in my country, I thought about trying it out for medical reasons (joint pain, sleeping issues, muscle relaxation).
I admit I had not had a single clue about cannabis. During my studies in wild birds, I ran into some guerilla plots in the forest and some old hippie professors at university had cannabis secreted in the garden, but that were the only times I came into contact. I never tried it, I never was tempted, I always was a "good" girl and kept away.
I got some medical autoflower seed to grow on my balcony (purely by accident, since I had no clue, I even got a pretty famous medical strain "Med Gom").
This book really helped me.
This book is a good introduction, explains all the basics, goes into many medical issues where cannabis can help, but it also presents dangers and instructs when not to use it.
Some famous medical strains are also presented and their properties and medical usage are explained in detail.
However, the book is a bit older, so some things have changed and more knowledge has been gained (now that cannabis has been legalized in some countries, studies into medical use are possible again so new things are learned all the time).
So if you are looking for the latest scientific knowledge, this book is not it.
But it is great in showing you the basics.
My balcony grow was successful and the produce now helps me with my joint pain, sleep, anxiety and it even helps with aches and pain when having a cold or when I suffer from a violent stomach bug.

Another great book to have on hand. This is an easy-to-read book that helps you gain information about the plant. Great for referencing alternative treatments to ailments. I saw a review that led me to this book, as a nurse had recommended it.

Fairly informative re: different strains of cannabis, but published in 2017...so much has changed in the World of Weed since then.
