I read this book for a course I was on. It focuses on the 5 areas of human design: physical, spiritual, rational, emotional and volitional. It’s premise is that we are all driven by 3 core needs: security, self-worth and significance. Disruptions in these areas of design come from not having these core needs met.
This is a daily devotional book and works on the principals set out in the counseling course. I gave it 3 stars as it carries more weight if read in conjunction with the course. It would still be helpful and insightful otherwise but not to the same degree.
