Such an amazing book series! The text is simple--reflecting the joy of different hairstyles--but these stand above and beyond so many other board books because of the diversity depicted in the photography. The photos depict all kinds of families and kids from a variety of backgrounds with all kinds of hairstyles--and sometimes even hair in more unexpected places. Very well done.
