Renee Pittman M. has done her homework and substantiates much of what she reports. Not only does she indicated that she was targeted by some of the scalar devices, she discusses the manuals, reports, and patents of many of the scholarly authorities in this field. She even discusses some of the official projects that researched the effects on targeted individuals. This is a well-informed introductory survey.
