“Battle” by John Lynn provides a more serious review of the same topics covered here.

An interesting look at various warriors over the span of history. Great and easy to read stories about Crazy Horse, knights, samurai, etc; a really globally conscious effort. Fields lost me a bit at the end when he compared environmental terrorists with these guys.
