Penny Zeller’s 77 Ways Your Family Can Make a Difference: Ideas and Activities for Serving Others is a handbook for family, group, or even personal ministry projects. It even includes templates ideal for use as certificates, coupons, invitation, and thank you notes.

In preparation for this review, I researched the word ‘difference‘ and discovered that it means “a significant change in or effect on a situation.“ If you are searching for a list of biblical based ideas or projects that will impact your sphere of influence, this book is a very good choice.

For the wide list of ideas and the encouragement if offers to spur service to others, I highly recommend this book.

"77 Ways Your Family Can Make A Difference" by Penny A Zeller, is a book filled with awesome ideas that you and your family can do to reach out and help others in need. Some ideas I had never thought of before like, "Design a Bring-It-Back Box", where you go on vacation, or a trip to the zoo, or the park and find things, or take pictures to put in your box. You take the box to someone who isn't able to go on a vacation for whatever reason. Pretty simple right? All of the ideas are good, and ones that wouldn't be hard to do! So if you're looking for ways to help others,I suggest you read this book. It's worth it.

This is a great book for families including youth and teenagers. It gives 77 ways to help or serve others. It can definitely provide students and families with ways and opportunies for community service or simple some ways to be civil citizens which should be included in our goals for teaching and is the original intent of public education---to create good citizens!...according to Dewey, the father of education.
