James Harrington.

That’s my name, my birthright, and my curse. I didn’t always hate being a Harrington. At one time, I took it as a privilege. I used it to my advantage. But a name doesn’t stop you from losing everything, and after six haunting years, that everything is back forcing me to face the past or give up a future.

Evie Harrington.

I bet you didn’t know about me becau

A touching, swoony and hot story about sexy James “Ranger” Harrington, the bad boy of the Harrington brothers and how he found his way back not only to his family but to the love of his life.
“My heart is hardwired to her, and the moment we connect, it’s like a plug in an outlet, sexual energy flowing.”

Nineteen years ago the sexy search and rescue officer James Harrington swept the slightly lost debutant Evelyn Fitzpatrick off her feet, literally and figuratively. Their attraction was l

If you have read other stories in the Silver Foxes of Blue Ridge you may remember referrals to and glimpses of James Harrington. I guess you could call him the ‘black sheep’ of the family but his disassociation with his family was really his own doing, it was not something they wanted. Then there is his estranged wife, Evie, who walked out on him after their son died, leaving him even more heart broken - well that is the story everyone knows and believes.

These two first crossed paths nineteen ye

I read a review that claims both have been celibate. I’m very confused how celibate is he when he’s been getting “head” from other women while separated from her making him a cheat. Does having oral sex not count as sex? 😂😂 why yes it does for me

I’m not happy being with other woman, but I am a man. I have needs and I try to give what I take. The tongue works wonders. Fingers too. But there’s a part of me that doesn’t belong to anyone else but one woman.”

These Harrington men!! I mean can I have them all? #notaskingforafriend

What a turn of events this Harrington turned out to be. If you’ve read some or all of the previous books, then you’d had snippets of him already and you know he’s not winning any congeniality awards any time soon. However, his story packs a punch, it’s nothing like I thought it would be and he is beautiful in all his pieces. And Evie .... I mean ... *sigh*

James and Evie have a history I felt to my soul. I was utterly heartbro

The Last (?)☹️ Harrington brother, James "Ranger", the black sheep of the family, gets his book and some just desserts.
I didn't know in the beginning if I was going to find in my heart to forgive him or sympathise with him. But Dunbar packs such a brutal, powerful punch with the hard secret that hides behind his "unfeeling, uncaring" act of betrayal of sorts, that I was left with tears in my eyes.
It's a story of togetherness, shared joys and sorrows, shared loss and grief and both take different

I received an ARC for this for an honest opinion from Wildfire Marketing.
It was heartbreaking, raw and very emotional. It was wonderful. I definitely recommend this book, series, and author.

My favorite of The Silver Foxes of Blue Ridge Series as well as the Harrington brothers!

This story was heart rendering and palpable with so many deep seeded emotions and captivating characters.

James “Ranger” has been a mysterious black sheep of the family. Estranged in a self inflicted isolation from his brothers and parents. Turning instead to his biker brother family of choice he maintains his distance and wallows in his past and pain with anger. There are so many layers to this enigmatic bro

It’s always great to be back in Blue Ridge to catch up with the Harrington’s; I love this family and their friends. I have been intrigued by the glimpses we have gotten about reclusive James Harrington in the previous books and have been eagerly awaiting his story; L.B. Dunbar did not disappoint, James and Evie’s story was everything I hoped it would be and so much more.

Silver Biker was and emotional roller coaster of a read about loss and tragedy which brought me to tears at times. Both James

Damn I didn't see that coming. This book was nothing like I was expecting. It broke my heart over and over. I definitely wasn't expecting the tears.

LB Dunbar out did herself again. This book gave you all the feels and pulled on the heartstrings. You think you know James and Evie's story but this book has nothing on what you think. The heartbreak, the sadness, family and love; this book has everything you need in a great romance.

I'm sad that we're leaving Blue Ridge and the Harrington's but this
LB Dunbar never disappoints me. I will always be a fan of her work!

Silver Biker had me hooked from the very first page. I instantly knew right away that I was going to love this story of James and Evie and I truly did. I don't want to give too much away but this story is packed full of history, heartache, self destruction, and redemption. LB was able to punch you in the gut emotionally but she also hit you with the angst, HOT chemistry, and plenty of steamy scenes to keep you going.

Silver Biker is James and Evie's story. We have watched him come and go through out the series as the black sheep of the family and we truly did not know the grief he has been carrying with him till now.
Evie and James had that instant connection. They were young, free and so different but soon life got in the way and tragedy pulled them apart. We now are watching this couple live, move on and hopefully learn to forgive. Is it possible to find your way back to that one person who was and is your

I love my visits to Blue Ridge and I love catching up with the Harrington clan, this was the book I’ve been waiting for, I was excited for the mysterious, illusive James Harrington’s story and I was not disappointed, this book was everything I expected and so much more.
James and Evie Harrington’s story is not a sunshine and rainbows romance, they have shared so much heartache and that means this book has plenty of drama and angst but it also has plenty of love, compassion and chemistry, let’s no

I couldn’t put this book down, for all of you who think you know this book, you don’t. James and Evie’s story is a heartbreakingly, beautiful, second chance that makes you want to find someone who loves you that strong. This is definitely my favorite book yet from L.B. Dunbar, thank you for another fantastic story.

I have loved everything I've read by LB Dunbar, so I knew I would love this too. I just did not realize how much I would love it! This hit all the right buttons for me - angst, love, forgiveness. James and Evie were so heartbroken and perfect and everything I wanted to read!

Where do you even begin, Silver Biker is everything I anticipated it to be and a whole lot more.
James & Evie’s story is one that will take you on an emotional ride from the very first page right up until you see the words The End.
James & Evie have been through so much together and when it’s time to come to a heart felt decision do you fight for what you want or do you walk away and try and move on. Watching them fight for what they believe can be is heartbreaking at times but the heartwarming c

I absolutely loved Evie & James Story. It was brutally emotional journey for both characters & the reader. I was up all night reading. I found myself getting frustrated with both Evie & James; but especially Evie because she would misinterpret Rangers actions & at the same time I wanted to smack Ranger for not getting his head out of his bootie. You will be pulling for them to forgive each other & come together but at the same time your heart is breaking for Dolton; because all he ever did was L ...more

Arc, for an honest review.

When tragedy and pain collides sometimes you push people away to hide the hurt. And the one person you pushed away is the person you need to heal that pain.
OMG, James. His soul shredded by an unbelievable loss. Barely powering through life, doing stupid things, like destroying his family in the process.
Evie, you are strong! I can't even imagine it.
Like always, she does it again. Another Silver Fox for your palate.

Overall Grade: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you thought Giant, Billy, and Charlie Harrington were stubborn, readers, meet James Harrington, L.B. Dunbar’s newest hero in Silver Biker. James Harrington wins the prestigious award for Most Stubborn Harrington Brother in the Silver Foxes of Blue Ridge series. Now, you are probably saying, but Professor A, he has endured a serious trauma in his life. His response is appropriate for his loss. Imagine crossing paths with the love of your life out on a hiking trail. That reality is what James and Evie experienced 19 years ago. The two felt the world tilt when they met, and that encounter led to skinny dipping and a night of fun. What transpired from that encounter would bring James and Evie together again once they realized that parenthood was on the horizon. The two quickly became inseparable and life together as husband and wife soon followed.

With love comes tragedy…….an event that

Oh my, what are you doing to me?? My heart hurts. James and Evie's story is brutal and made me cry more than once.

We already know James "Ranger" Harrington because he's one of the Harrington brothers - and sister - from Blue Ridge - and if you don't, you have to go and buy all the other books of this series and read them first.

Back to James. He's also the black sheep of the family, estranged and a member of a motorcycle club since some tragic days six years ago. His brothers are his new family,

Over the last couple of years, Ms Dunbar has introduced us to the Harrington family of 4 brothers and a sister - all 40+ as they allow their wounds to heal and find second chances at love. As we have gotten to know this family, one brother lurked in the background, James. Silver Biker is the story of his second chance.

Each story in this series has something that makes it unique. For James, the unique factor comes from the fact that his second chance isnt't with a new relationship, but with the

Well. L.B. Dunbar does it again. Another top 2020 read. This is an absolutely stunning, emotional, steamy conclusion to the Harrington Brothers series. I could not put “Silver Biker” down, and my heart felt uplifted, yet saddened when it was over. Book hangovers are not the norm for me, and I definitely suffered one.

“Silver Biker” is second chance romance done *perfectly*. The touching blend of past memories is interspersed with the couples current day real life trials and unimaginable heartach

James and Evie’s story will take you on an emotionally roller coaster ride. There will be ups and the downs will tear your heart open. I was so heartbroken for Evie (Peach). I just wanted to hit James (Ranger) on the head sometimes. I have loved the characters of this series as we have worked our way through but I was very excited for James's story. The hurt and pain were pouring off this man, he needs to find some happiness. But I don't want the series to be over.... I'm so torn. Are you ready for a book full of emotional angst and heartbreak?

James has done everything that he can to estrange himself from the people who mean the most to him. Lost in his grief and guilt he holds from the loss of his son. Finding a new normal

I went into this story, knowing from some references in some books of the series that it wouldn't be easy to read. And boy, was I right. I went into it with my heart pounding heavily, and that didn't change throughout the story. I was always staggering on the verge of tears because I am a mother myself and I have gone through difficult times in my life as well. There were moments when I had to stop reading to catch my breath. I could relate so much to these characters because of my own life expe ...more

Silver Biker is the fourth and final book in L.B. Dunbar’s Silver Foxes of Blue Ridge series. I’ve enjoyed every book in this series, and they have all tugged at my emotions but this one was something else altogether. Have those tissues ready because you will need them.

James has hovered on the edge of the other books in this series. He’s the self-prescribed family outcast, the black sheep, but we’ve never known his full story. Moving between the past and present, Dunbar recounts James and Evie’s

After enduring a tragic loss James has distanced himself not only from his family but Evie, the wife he loved, as he was unable to deal with the regret and the pain that he was feeling. Although he and Evie began due to an intense chemistry a surprise pregnancy turned their feelings for each other into a deep love and were living their happy ever after until devastation tore them apart.

Evie left James because rather than a tragedy bringing them together it tore them apart and she felt alone. The

This story...... James and Evie. The whole series has been building up to their story - hints have been dropped in all of the books. But nothing could really prepare you to find out what happened to them, and how broken they they became.

Evie has been gone for 6 years, and she has come back to ask James for a divorce. She is trying to move on, and another man is interested in her.

James just barely exists. He still lives in their house, haunted by memories and regrets.

But the two of them together

This is a book very loaded with emotions, feelings. It made me feel so much throughout the whole story, from beginning to end and I loved it. It’s a wonderful book about love, loss, second chances and finding healing and acceptance, letting things be and moving on.

I cried soooo much while reading it. I guess I put myself in Evie’s place and how she must’ve felt after losing so much. She is so strong and resilient, a wonderful example. James is a complicated character, a rebel who is loyal, lovi
