Short but HOT!
Loved the banter between the two especially when Gabby gets angry and start talking in spanish. It's just fun. Plus the sweet ending.

Not only do we have a hot celebrity chef but we have a deliciously sweet sexy baker that have an undeniable attraction .Evan and Gabbie end their relationship after a terrible misunderstanding. They of course and end up loathing one another but their is a fine line between love and hate . Once the flour settles Evan decides to push the envelope and but a bakery right next door to the lovely and talented Gabbie ...now this is about to get very messy !!! Gabbie has moved on since Evan and the public romance disaster but when he shows up next door she is so ready for a showdown !! Everything I love in an enemies to lovers romance ! A great second chance/enemies to lovers’ story. This is the first book that I have read from this author and it won’t be my last. It was a fun and steamy short story about Ethan and Gabriela. You get to see how they became enemies in flashbacks and I normally don’t like flashbacks but it worked for this story. It was great watching them figure out what happened and fall back in love again. They were such great characters and the story was well written. If you are looking for a quick read, then this is for you.

This was such a great spicy and short read! I absolutely loved the way Laura took us back to when Ethan & Gabby first got together and then to present day. I always love when authors do that! Laura did it in such an amazing way. She knew exactly when to transition between the two times.
Ethan and Gabby are such awesome leads. I love how different they are but also love that their passions brought them together. There was so much hate though after everything that happened in their past. It was awesome to see how they were when they came back together. There was SO much passion between them. Whether it’s hate or sexual passion, just so much passion.
A lot of times in short stories you feel a little jipped, but not with this one. Laura gave us the perfect amount of content. It had the perfect amount of emotion and story line. It was great!

This was a first for me for this author. It will not be the last. I loved this book. I couldn't out of down from the first page. Gabbie was just trying to enjoy her new life away from the camera while running her bakery. In walks in the man from her past that she never wanted to see again, Evan. Evan wanted to destroy Gabbie for what he thought she did in the past. This book keeps you on your toes. It moves pretty fast. I loved how everything came to light and how amazing these two were together. Amazing book!

Another hot story from Laura Lee.
I’m gonna say this real quick, I didn’t like how Avery handled the situation, but I loved her hyphenated name!
Okay, let’s get to Ethan and Gabbie. I adored Gabbie. Just something about a woman passionate about her career path. Laura gets that!
Through a quick foray into TV, Gabbie and Ethan make the sparks fly. It’s intense. It’s mutual. It’s... well, love.
Then their relationship falls apart. The chapters take turns going back and forth from the past to present. We find out how volatile their attraction is, but also how real their feelings were.
I kind of don’t understand the billionaire part in this series, but I’m enjoying every story.

Sweet Temptations is a short but sweet and sexy read. You will love this second chance/enemies to lovers read. Laura Lee has the knock with giving you the sweet with the sexy and these wonderful characters like Gabriela and Ethan. You will love feisty Gabriela and sexy Ethan. I love that we get both views of their relationship from the past and are put back into the present and get to see them navigate through the attraction that is still so strong between them. You will love Ethan and maybe not like him for a few minutes. But by the end of Sweet Temptations, you will Love Gabriela and Ethan so much. I love this so much.

What a fabulous enemies to lovers romance! And it was HOT! I loved how this book jumped from past(Then) to present(Now). It was great to see why Gabriela and Ethan became enemies after a hot & sexy romance. You could feel the attraction and the tension when they were together and this was a sexy fast read. I would definitely recommend this book if you want a great enemies to lovers book.

This book did me in. There were so many moments that made me sob. It was such a good book and I loved the tension between them. Despite it being a novella there was so much development and story there.

When I find a book that I absolutely love I worry that other books from the same author will fall short of my expectations. This was the second book of this authors that I have read. I was very happy to tell you it was as good if not better than the first book of hers that I read. I will be reading more of her writing and would recommend it to anyone who needs a fun, hot, sexy read

This is the first book I have ever read by this author, but won’t be the last.
This sweet read, totally sucked me in, there was no stopping until it was all finished.
Gabbie and Ethan have this chemistry and relationship that is truly tested. When living in the spotlight you have so many people that will no doubt want to see you fall, but what happens when you are so stubborn and refuse to open your eyes and see the truth.
Working to get her back Ethan really pulls out the stops, I so wanted more of these two, with a great writing style that had the perfect amount of sweet, chemistry and a balanced storyline

OMG! This book had me from the very first page. It was beautifully written. The way it was written had my attention & it had my fingers burning to turn on to the next page. Gabbie, a sassy, HOT Latina with zero tolerance for Ethan’s shenanigans. Their love was HOT and explosive, their chemistry undeniable. This is a must read!

Holy cow!!! This one is HOTTT!! Steamy second chance romance at its finest. I seriously loved this one. Gabby is so strong! I love how the author has write such a strong female lead with an freaking extra hot alpha male.

The book is a dual POV story between Gabriela Martinez a sweet, yet strong and fierce independent baker. And Ethan Baldwin a HOT and sexy celebrity chef. The story flips back and forth between present (Now) and past (Then), telling us the history (Then) of Gabbie and Ethan and how they became enemies. At the same time seeing them (Now) navigate their lives when they happen to come back into each others lives.
Their chemistry was definitely off the chains! It was ROJA CALIENTE like eating super spicy salsa! You could see the sparks fly whenever they got together, not being able to keep their hands off one another!
The only issue I had was that I felt Gabbie forgave Ethan to quickly and easily. After everything she had to endure because of him, she should’ve made him work for her apology/forgiveness more.

January 12, 2020Will not rate this, as my hatred for useless flashbacks that drag on and on, in a piss poor attempt to create tension or suspense (NO ONE EVER WONDERS WHAT HAPPENED. IT IS ALWAYS PAINFULLY OBVIOUS) really limits my ability to pay attention to the positives.
(The flip flopping time line, as usual, detracts from the present timeline. Write the past and f*cking leave it there. It's the same energy as a long ass conference call that could have been an email)

After a humiliating misunderstanding of epic proportions, Gabriella & Ethan are not only ex-lovers, but enemies. Yet, they burn only for each other. As they are forced to interact, it becomes clear that the past isn't quite the past, but how long will they resist their old feelings?
The way the author interspersed the flashbacks to the start & dissolution of their relationship was a great way to get a good read on the characters. It was fun watching them fall in love all over again. The epilogue was cute!

Easy read
I read this book in one sitting. It was well written and the storyline flowed well though it went back and forth from the present to the past. My second book from Laura Lee. Though I preferred Public Relations (first book in this series) I cant wait to read the third book because Laura Lee knows know to captivate her audience. My only dislike was that it felt like they spent more time being enemies than lovers. However I really enjoyed how the story flowed well though and the ending was really sweet and Gabriel and Ethan characters were well developed and sexy.

Such a quick cute read. From the the first page you can feel the hate Gabbie and Ethan have for one either but as their lives collide again they find out that they cannot resist each other. This is a new to me author. I'm not usually a fan of short stories, but this was a cute tale. The story was filled with fun, sexual tension, some heartache and a HEA. Lots of steamy scenes, maybe a bit predictable at times, didn't really get my heart pumping, but for those who prefer a sweet love story, this is for you.
