So this is book three in the fabulous blood alliance series and as usual, this blew my socks off.
This one, in my opinion, reads much darker than previous books.
I don't know why I had it in my head that the lycans would be more merciful than the vampires but can tell you now these Lycans are vicious.
This is a menage romance with M/M as well as M/F and M/M/F.
So we have newly turned Silas who competed and won the right to immortality on blood day and has now been sired by Edon the son of the current Alpha of clan Clements.
Silas is also not exactly thrilled by his new immortal existence, as a mutt and with no status, he is not exactly living the dream.
Then we have Luna an Alpha female in her own right and Edon's new mate a fate she is also not happy with.
Told from all three POV' this is a menage set in a dark dystopian universe with shifters and Vampires and where all humans are just property to be owned.
So the pack that Silas has been sired to is viciously cruel and the only winners are those that are close to the current alpha.
The woman here are second class citizens and are kept broken with cruelty and forced matings.
Although originally it seemed that Edon was of the same calibre as his father it quickly becomes apparent that he is far from his father's son and is playing the long game until he can rule in his own right.
In fact, Edon is very protective over those he cares about and from the start he senses something in Silas, While at the same time he is also drawn towards his sassy new mate.
This expertly built the tension between all three and when things eventually come to a head this is explosive reading.
These three are going to have to work together as a unit to get Edon through the Alpha Trials unscathed especially with the current Alpha gunning for any weakness.
We also get to see some familiar faces from the previous books which was great and I am most definitely looking forward to the next in this series which I believe features willow and Ryder.
This is such a fantastic series and each story has such a different vibe to it so you never know quite what to expect.
This was such a great read and I fell in love with Edon, Silas and Luna equally recommend this series highly.

This series just keeps getting better!
I’m not normally a fan of M/M, in fact, it usually ruins the book for me, but I actually didn’t mind it here! I loved Luna, Edon and Silas together! Their chemistry was amazing and I really liked the bond between Edon and Silas. I love the overarching story of the Rebellion and I adore all of the other characters. Kylan was such a bad ass in this book! I can’t wait for Ryder and Willow’s book!

My new guilty pleasure reads, triads. This people is a fantastic addition to the series and I loved all three of these characters be it Edon, Silas or Luna. Read the series as this author has truly nailed it.

Audiobook. The narrators did a good job, this review strictly reflects the author. The storyline hang up is there is to many sex scenes and enough meat to the story. And I felt detached to the characters. I will continue this series now that I’m invested into the storyline.

Chase....this contained one heck of a chase. This has such a surprise for me in it it is hard to elaborate on the story without a possible spoiler. The chase is exciting and hot!
Riveting ...more pieces come together for the rebellion attempting to change this world ruled by the paranormal back to a world that humans could think for themselves and are not slaves.
Shocking.....I wish I could go into detail on this feeling book 3 elicited from me. Let’s just say in the end a formidable power is now in play.

After putting off reading this for an entire year I FINALLY went back into the world of the Blood Alliance. This one was just as good as the first two, I absolutely love this brutal but incredibly smutty world. The relationships are so complicated they’re brutal, confusing (for the participants), sexy, sweet, obsessive, everything you could want in a paranormal romance.

Sin da subito appare chiaro che il suo future compagno è ben diverso dal padre: lui non vuole accanto a sé una donna sottomessa, ma qualcuno capace di tenergli testa e senza alcuna paura a farlo.
E se alla fine quell qualcuno fossero in realtà due?
In un susseguirsi di eventi organizzati per mettere Edon alla prova e impedirgli l’ascesa come capo clan, i sentimenti tra i tre evolvono,i loro rapporti diventano sempre più intricati e profondi: la pace e la sicurezza che corre tra Silas e Luna, le provocazioni e l’irriverenza dei discorsi tra Edon e Silas, l’ammirazione e il desiderio di protezione di Edon verso Luna.
E tanta passione. E moltissimo sesso naturalmente.
D’altra parte siamo nelle terre dei lupi, no? L’istinto è predominante.
Nonostante qualche errore di editing, la scrittura è scorrevole e permette di mantenere un buon ritmo di lettura per tutto il libro.
Grazie ai POV alternati, Lexi C. Foss approfondisce la psiche di ognuno:i pensieri, i desideri, le paure… a mio parere, anche di più rispetto a quanto abbia fatto in precedenza con gli altri personaggi della serie.
Il loro legame è speciale e gli consente di esprimersi liberamente, incuranti dei ruoli e dei requisiti che il clan impone loro.Una triade i cui elementi sono indissolubilmente cinti tra loro per sempre.
Naturalmente ritroviamo anche in questo terzo capitolo Juliet, Darius, Rae e Kylian (adoro la sua sfrontataggine, l’ho già detto?). E Jace ovviamente… per la serie “mai-una-gioia” ho scoperto che neanche il prossimo racconto parlerà di lui! Uff
Il misterioso Ryder è la new entry di questo racconto e sono certa che ci riserverà delle sorprese; d’altra parte i tempi si fanno sempre più stretti, alter pedine sono state messe sulla scacchiera e la rivoluzione sta per avere inizio.

Again, I was excited about a new author, shifters with steam but alas it's another tedious book TOLD with endless dialogue and OTT steamy scenes. The H is heir to pack, the other H is a 'mutt' and the h is being forced by her pack. So loads of tropes to begin, but I was hopeful about the 2nd H, but unfortunately the plot became increasingly convenient and too many steamy scenes detracted from the plot. Disappointing.

This third installment in the tantalizing, sexy, unique paranormal world created by Lexi C. Foss is a brilliant addition to what is my favourite series by this author, by far. And talk about heat! Wow, the MMF intimate scenes are off the charts hot hot hot. But don't for one second think this is all about the sexy times. As I've come to expect from this author, Foss's imagination weaves an intricate plot set in a dystopian world where times are harsh. This isn't a skipping in the park holding hands kind of romance. Not even close.
I'm not a huge lycan fan in the paranormal world. Vampires are more my bag. Well prove me wrong, Foss, because I LOVED Edon and Silas, and Luna had exactly the right amount of sass to keep those alpha lycans in line.
Trouble lies ahead in this world, no doubt, so this isn't a happily ever after for our three wolves. But it is a happy for now. Trust me, you'll turn the last page with a smile, and then wonder what the hell you're going to read next!
Ready yourself for a book hangover.
Highly recommended.

I am never disappointed with the places I'm transported to when I open a Lexi Foss book.
The three headstrong MCs in this story are in total agreement from the get go and their dialogue goes much like this... "no way", "never gonna happen" and "in your dreams" However, destiny has a way of making them eat their words...in a big way. LOL
I loved the characters, each one of them strong and determined, but when they came together and worked as a team, they were unstoppable.
I highly recommend you become a Foss fan, I seriously can't decide which one of her worlds I love to escape to more.

Amazingly dark and enthralling. Just three words to describe this book.
Some others? Fantastic, erotic and insane.
This book is the best one yet in this series. I feel like I say that every time but its no less true now.
The whole Lycan thing really appeals to the PNR addict in me and to top it off, it’s MMF. I love this trope. It’s seductive and hot and addictive. The chemistry between Edon, Silas and Luna was the most believable trio that I’ve read in recent months. Like, how can emotions fly out of a book and latch onto its reader? It should seem impossible but with this, I felt everything.
This author has a way of doing this without even putting much effort in. It’s like the ease just rolls through her fingertips and into the blank pages before her as she writes. I love it. It takes me away. Makes me think, makes me feels and I can’t get enough.
The next book is going to have a hell of a job to rival this one for me but I look forward to it nonetheless.

Luna is Alpha lycan of another pack. Female lycans are rare therefore she's given to Edon. As Edon's time is to ascend his first trial is to make a lycan. Enters Silas, man who won immortality.
How all of them three came together was organic and hot as hell.
With every book we see rebellion taking a form, pieces are moving into right places.

“This was not a world I wanted to indulge; this was a world I wanted to change.”
I liked Luna right off the bat; she was a badass and had a way of eliciting feelings of rage (at the world she lives in) and awe (the writing) without distracting me from the reader experience all at once. Foss’s writing is some of the best I’ve ever found.
This one takes a bit of a different spin, in some ways, than books 1 & 2 in this series; I won’t say how, you’ll have to read it. But it’s hot.
It’s also packed with—in true Foss fashion—drama, corruption, violence, real feels, action and more. I couldn’t put this one down and I cannot wait to read or listen on in the series.

I didn't think a "triad" could be so hot... but it was. Edon, Silas, and Luna made this book come alive! Read this series, you won't be disappointed. It is a brutal world, but if vamps and lycans were revealed to the world, do you honestly think it wouldn't actually be like this?

Wow what a book
This series has everything! Murder, Hate, Backstabbing, Kidnapping, people who are shady as heck,as well as some people you can't help but love and some you can't help but love to hate. Politics you want to see change for the better. Cool backstory. I can't wait to read the next book and can't wait to see what became of Rae and Silas's friend Willow and their future! Really talented writer!

If I could give five stars for just the heat level.
But, dang it, this story held no punches, claws, or bites! Talk about nail-biting, toe-curling, can't-put-this-book-down, greatness. I can't seem to stop reading once I've started a book by this author. I'm usually sizzled out by now, nope, this series has snuck in some kinda of mate-bond within my veins, because I'm just as addicted as I was with the first book. The beautiful connection between the mains, argh, I could go on and on. It's all-consuming! Hot. I mean grab your vagina fan hot. And the push and pull, god almighty, I was flipping the pages in hunger, the passion leaked from the pages.
I recommend starting from the first book, because there's so much lurking behind each character introduced. A world where humans are treated like cattle, even worse. But nothing is as it seems. I can't go much into the story in fear of spoilers. It's tantalizing, with a twist of forbidden, scandalous and sexy! You'll be rooting for the rebels. I'll leave it like that.
I love this series so far, I can't wait to see how the story unfolds.

Regally Bitten is the third book in the Blood Alliance series by this series and I have to say that this world is so addicting, and I honestly can’t seem to get enough of this author. I am so grateful for Jenn for introducing me to this series and just reading this series is telling me of the untapped jewels in the indie publishing world of paranormal/UF romance. Now I think this series is a mix of genres, but the one that is most prominent is Urban Fantasy, it definitely has a more Urban Fantasy feel but with paranormal creatures contained within it, so it does have a mix of elements, but I really have found the voice of this author to be so unique as it comes alive in these stories. I am actually really addicted to these books and I am having a hard time pacing myself because I just want to devour them all. Now I am not always a fan of menage romances, but this is definitely a solid one and one I couldn’t get enough of. I was truly endeared by the triad love affair and all the ins and outs that come into play with this one.
Regally Bitten is a stunning yet dark and crazy world that features:

Regally Bitten is a story which starts off with an arranged mating (marriage) between Edon and Luna. She refuses to be broken like her mother or like Edon’s mother. But her plan doesn’t do the trick, it only entices Edon in a way that she didn’t expect it to and when he claims her proudly infront of everyone, her fate is sealed. But she knows that this is not the end, but only the beginning. She doesn’t know what to make of Edon, only that he is different. He seems cold toward her at first, but she sense something honorable within his nature. Silas was once human but then was turned into a werewolf, and is furious that they were lied to about the human trials, that all his work and sacrifices seem to be for nothing until he runs into two wolves, he never expected to form an attachment to. Their bond could be seen as forbidden by some, but there is something powerful building between Silas, Luna and Edon. But there is dangers that are surrounding them, dangers that they may not survive if they don’t unite fully. But will they be able to survive what Edon’s father has in store for them? Or will they perish underneath the deceit and betrayal that is rising within the pack? Regally Bitten is a story that is dark and twisted and is so BRUTAL. These are werewolves after all and their world is not nice in any way. But I have to say after seeing just vampires in the previous two books, I am so addicted to these wolves, their culture and traditions and the differences from the old world to the new world. I really love seeing the aspect of how power corrupts so cruelly, and we see how well it corrupts in this series but most especially in this book. I truly admired these three for being so strong in this world that is so dark and twisted, for still having honor and integrity. There is a character that I just loved seeing which was Edon’s grandfather, he is so wise and knowledgeable, and you can see how Edon is becoming just like him. This story definitely has its intense moments, but it also has its sweet and poignant moments that build the mating bond between the three here. We learn that their relationship is called a “triad” and is quite rare and special. Seeing them discover how precious it is and willing to fight and to sacrifice when its necessary was a beautiful thing. They go through so much and this book definitely is not the light and fluffy kind. So be warned of how brutal some things are in this book, because this author doesn’t sugar coat things. But I loved that about this book and seeing how these characters just rise above their circumstances to fight for a better world. It has truly been a remarkable experience to delve into this series and with each book get another glimpse into this world and seeing how the overreaching plot is building and I honestly can’t wait to see what this author has in store for her readers and curious to see the growth of these books here.
Overall, I found Regally Bitten to be a powerful portrayed romance that showcases the beauty of love, sacrifice, and healing. It is a story of strength, of powerful will and rising above to cultivate one’s strengths. Its truly a gem of a romance that reaches my top favorites of the year and I am thrilled to continue with these books.
Regally Bitten is the third book in the Blood Alliance series by this series and I have to say that this world is so addicting, and I honestly can’t seem to get enough of this author. I am so grateful for Jenn for introducing me to this series and just reading this series is telling me of the untapped jewels in the indie publishing world of paranormal/UF romance. Now I think this series is a mix of genres, but the one that is most prominent is Urban Fantasy, it definitely has a more Urban Fantasy feel but with paranormal creatures contained within it, so it does have a mix of elements, but I really have found the voice of this author to be so unique as it comes alive in these stories. I am actually really addicted to these books and I am having a hard time pacing myself because I just want to devour them all. Now I am not always a fan of menage romances, but this is definitely a solid one and one I couldn’t get enough of. I was truly endeared by the triad love affair and all the ins and outs that come into play with this one.

If it is not evidenced by all prior reviews, I love Lexi's books. She is probably my favourite author right now and this book just solidified that for me.
First off, I think I may have said this before but I take it back because this is the HOTTEST book I have ever read despite the more serious storyline. Like so so hot and it's interesting to me because I read so many books of this genre and all the trios/menages/triads and even reverse harems, usually those men are no way involved with each other or are often brothers or the like, definitely not the case with Silas, Eden and Luna (can I get a hallelujah ;) there's was a perfect divided by 3 relationship which was sexy as hell as well as beautiful. You have the strong and soft of our alpha female, we have the super masculine alpha whose a bit harsher and steely, than theres the still masculine and dominant more of a slightly gentler joker and swirled together in a sweet sinful love story. This may actually be my new favourite of Ms Lexi's books I really adored it.
It was also nice seeing the previous characters as well as some new ones as we start to move closer to the revolution.
I was hesitant to write this next part as it is just my opinion and I would hate to deter anyone from this excellent book and series but it is just.... Interesting, comparing this society with a vampire/lycan ruling class and some of the elements involved to our current society, that's all I will say.

I could not put this fabulous book down! Phew those lycans are hot! 🔥🔥🔥
I loved it! This is a dark, dystopian world where humans are slaves and the lycans and vampires are absolutely in charge. This isn't for the faint hearted, it is a cruel and violent world, but there is rebellion in the air.
Silas is a newly turned lycan, the lowest in the pack, but he is stronger than everyone thinks. He fought hard for his chance at immortality and he isn't about to lose it. When he, Edon and Luna come together the sparks absolutely fly, but can all three learn to trust each other in order to survive the violent trials ahead?
I absolutely loved this book. The MMF scenes are super hot and this dark paranormal world is utterly addictive. These characters are put through the wringer, expect the unexpected, especially when a certain royal vampire is about too. I think it is my favourite series from Lexi C Foss (and trust me she has some brilliant ones) I cant wait for more!

Regally Bitten is such a perfect installment in the Blood Alliance Series!
I'm usually picky when it comes to MMF romance but boy did this author did not disappoint!
Packed with so much heat, growling sexy Alphas and a storyline that was so intelligently written, well-developed and plotted perfectly which builds a stunning world where alliances were shattered as well as built in secretly.
This book focuses on the main characters Edon, Silas and Luna and how their attraction to one another will be possible and survive while Edon's ascension as an upcoming Alpha is being jeopardize by his own father.
Trust me when I say there's so much in the story, I am just simply amazed by how the author created a new world for me to obsess!

Yup things are getting good as this series progresses. Arranged mating between Ascending Alpha Edon and Alpha female Luna. Oh it's a duty for him in order to ascend as the new Alpha but Luna isn't having it she hates him and figures he's like his Father, Walter a sadist. Then recently turned wolf Silas. Edons progeny and bottom of the food chain. However, not everything or anybody is as it seems. Edon surprised me and it took a bit to warm up to him. Silas I already loved him in book 2. He's just someone you relate to and he's the whole package y'all. Luna is a strong Alpha female but has a vulnerability to her. I definitely recommend this series. It's darker than normal PNR so keep that in mind. It didn't make me shy away. Keeps you engaged and Lexi is exceptional at that.

Non mais nom de dieu ! Mais en fait fallait me prévenir qu’à chaque tome j’y laisserais mon cœur ! Encore un énorme mega coup de cœur de l’espace pour ce tome 3 ! Il ne peut en être autrement en fait ! Déjà sa réuni loup et trio alors comment dire que c’était déjà gagner d’avance mais là 😱 UNE DINGUERIE, UNE MASTERCLASS 🤭🔥
La plume de l’autrice est toujours aussi fluide, je les encore fini en 24h, j’arrivais pas à lâcher une seule seconde le livre tellement j’étais à fond. Et j’étais heureuse de découvrir la vie au sein des meutes de lycan car jusqu’ici on voyais surtout le fonctionnement du clan des vampires et je dois dire que c’était plus qu’essentiel d’en savoir plus. Et j’adore que sa mettent en place pour le tome 4 🤭
Attention ici vous aurez affaire à un trio de lycan. Commençons à parler de Silas, gagnant de la coupe immortelle qui a étais engendré par Edon en tant que nouveau loup transformé et amis de notre chère Rae dans le tome 2. On va découvrir une autre facette de lui 🤭 que j’ai adoré. Cet homme est un véritable bonbon ! Un homme capable 🤭 il est si doux mais tout à la fois fort et incroyable. Il réfléchit, est intelligent et fort pour un nouveau créé loup. Et le lien qu’il développe avec Edon étant donné que c’est son créateur sa les rapproche et fait d’eux des alliés au fil du temps car autrefois Silas ne devait compter que sur lui-même pour pouvoir s’en sortir. Ça a fait de lui l’homme qu’il est aujourd’hui. Même si c’est censé être un oméga il a tout de l’allure et le caractère d’un alpha 🤭

Et foutrement badass qui ne compte pas ce laisser faire face à ce partenaire qu’elle ne semble pas avoir choisi, surtout qu’elle ne veut plier devant quiconque vue que c’est une femelle alpha. Mais dans ce nouveau monde on ne lui laisse pas le choix. Mais toute ses certitudes volent en éclats au fur et à mesure. Et j’ai adoré voir son changement de comportement et petit à petit de confiance. Par contre quelques scènes m’ont brisé le cœur (je ne vous en dirai pas plus mais je croyais que les vampires étaient pires et bien j’avais tord) dès le départ on sent bien que c’est une femme de caractère qui compte mener la vie dure à Edon.

Parlons maintenant d’Edon, si au départ on ne sait pas trop ce qu’il pense et ce qu’il ressent on se rend vite compte qu’il est loin d’être méchant et veut seulement sauver la meute de l’alpha actuel et cruel: son père (qui est un énorme gros FDP 🤬) j’ai adoré voir ses penser et tout son développement au fil de la lecture et surtout son lien si particulier avec sa progéniture (et le seul d’ailleurs) et Luna. Car on ressent tout de suite l’alchimie entre les 3 même si avec Luna c’est compliquer et tendu, ils arrivent à s’apprivoiser au fil du temps et finalement sa n’en ai que plus beau. Bon dieu j’avais le cœur qui palpitait. J’adore vraiment ce personnage et je dois avouer que j’ai un gros faible pour lui-même si je les aime tous 🤭 sa détermination à vouloir protéger sa partenaire Luna et Silas m’a ému au plus haut point. C’est un homme capable aussi même s’il évite de laisser entrevoir ses sentiments vus dans quel monde ils vivent. Mais quand il se confie via son lien mental mamamia j’avais des papillons dans le ventre 🤭

Et leurs trio? NOM DE DIEU! La tension entre eux mamamia 🔥 Retirez vos culottes c’est un conseil ! Entre eux c’est littéralement le feu ! Leur relation m’a tellement fait palpiter le cœur dès le début. J’en voulais toujours plus et j’avoue que je n’avais pas envie de les quitter ! Mais cette alchimie entre eux et ce lien juste incroyable qui les unis. Au fil des pages sa devient intense, beau, incroyable et très chaud ! Chacun a un caractère propre et des sentiments, on ressent tout c’était tellement intense 😮💨 j’en perds mes mots mais en même temps je pourrais en parler pendant des heures. Ils sont tellement complémentaires tous ensemble, ils se ressemblent tellement mais à la fois tellement différents. Entre eux C’est une évidence et à 3 ils sont carrément plus fort pour affronter les problèmes qu’ils vont rencontrer.
J’ai adoré revoir tous mes personnages préférés surtout Kylan 🤭 cet homme mamama que je l’aime d’amour. Mais on y revoit également Rae, Jace, Darius, Juliet, et d’autres 🤭 j’ai aussi beaucoup aimé voir le grand-père d’Edon qui lui a tout appris et grâce à qui il n’est pas devenu comme son père (dieu soit loué)

Parlons maintenant de notre douce et badass Luna. La promise d’Edon le futur alpha du clan clémente. Alors elle une femme incroyable ! Et foutrement badass qui ne compte pas ce laisser faire face à ce partenaire qu’elle ne semble pas avoir choisi, surtout qu’elle ne veut plier devant quiconque vue que c’est une femelle alpha. Mais dans ce nouveau monde on ne lui laisse pas le choix. Mais toute ses certitudes volent en éclats au fur et à mesure. Et j’ai adoré voir son changement de comportement et petit à petit de confiance. Par contre quelques scènes m’ont brisé le cœur (je ne vous en dirai pas plus mais je croyais que les vampires étaient pires et bien j’avais tord) dès le départ on sent bien que c’est une femme de caractère qui compte mener la vie dure à Edon.

Parlons maintenant d’Edon, si au départ on ne sait pas trop ce qu’il pense et ce qu’il ressent on se rend vite compte qu’il est loin d’être méchant et veut seulement sauver la meute de l’alpha actuel et cruel: son père (qui est un énorme gros FDP 🤬) j’ai adoré voir ses penser et tout son développement au fil de la lecture et surtout son lien si particulier avec sa progéniture (et le seul d’ailleurs) et Luna. Car on ressent tout de suite l’alchimie entre les 3 même si avec Luna c’est compliquer et tendu, ils arrivent à s’apprivoiser au fil du temps et finalement sa n’en ai que plus beau. Bon dieu j’avais le cœur qui palpitait. J’adore vraiment ce personnage et je dois avouer que j’ai un gros faible pour lui-même si je les aime tous 🤭 sa détermination à vouloir protéger sa partenaire Luna et Silas m’a ému au plus haut point. C’est un homme capable aussi même s’il évite de laisser entrevoir ses sentiments vus dans quel monde ils vivent. Mais quand il se confie via son lien mental mamamia j’avais des papillons dans le ventre 🤭

Et leurs trio? NOM DE DIEU! La tension entre eux mamamia 🔥 Retirez vos culottes c’est un conseil ! Entre eux c’est littéralement le feu ! Leur relation m’a tellement fait palpiter le cœur dès le début. J’en voulais toujours plus et j’avoue que je n’avais pas envie de les quitter ! Mais cette alchimie entre eux et ce lien juste incroyable qui les unis. Au fil des pages sa devient intense, beau, incroyable et très chaud ! Chacun a un caractère propre et des sentiments, on ressent tout c’était tellement intense 😮💨 j’en perds mes mots mais en même temps je pourrais en parler pendant des heures. Ils sont tellement complémentaires tous ensemble, ils se ressemblent tellement mais à la fois tellement différents. Entre eux C’est une évidence et à 3 ils sont carrément plus fort pour affronter les problèmes qu’ils vont rencontrer.
J’ai adoré revoir tous mes personnages préférés surtout Kylan 🤭 cet homme mamama que je l’aime d’amour. Mais on y revoit également Rae, Jace, Darius, Juliet, et d’autres 🤭 j’ai aussi beaucoup aimé voir le grand-père d’Edon qui lui a tout appris et grâce à qui il n’est pas devenu comme son père (dieu soit loué)

Silas, l’amico di Rae, il vincitore del torneo dell’immortalità, non pensava che diventare un licantropo fosse così orribile. Non tanto per gli istinti animali con cui deve fare i conti, ma per il trattamento che riceve dal suo stesso, nuovo branco.
Purtroppo è capitato con Walter, per fortuna è la progenie di Edon.
Edon è il successore di Walter, suo figlio, il prossimo capobranco del clan Clemente, e ha tutte le intenzioni di cambiare radicalmente le abitudini malsane dei lupi che ne fanno parte.
Il clan Clemente vive di sottomissione e umiliazione, di paura e violenza, ma non è ciò che Edon vuole. Lui cerca fiducia, rispetto, potere e la forgiatura di legami indissolubili. Il primo fra questi è proprio con la sua futura compagna: Luna.
Luna è un’alfa, una lupa ribelle e coraggiosa, abituata a subire violenza, ma non a piegarsi a essa. Luna non vuole diventare la compagna sottomessa di un alfa che passerà la vita a umiliarla e tradirla, lei vuole di più, vuole una vita vera in cui essere se stessa, poter correre e lottare, giocare e arrendersi solo a chi riterrà degno.

È accattivante e perfetto il legame che, una pagina dopo l’altra, si crea tra questi tre lupi. Li lettore avanza inesorabile nella lettura, impegnato a cogliere tutto, a divorare le parole affamato di sapere, di capire e vedere come andrà a finire. Perché la società di Lilith non accetta le triadi e l’amore non è visto di buon occhio, anzi, viene distrutto e spezzato, portato fino alla morte.
Un trio che va a incastrarsi in modo perfetto con la ribellione che avanza. I sotterfugi vengono alla luce, gli alleati sono sempre più numerosi e i tasselli che con il tempo sono stati creati stanno lentamente andando nella posizione corretta.
Il lettore non può fermarsi. La fitta trama diviene sempre più articolata e sorprendente, e invita ad avanzare nella lettura.
I personaggi sono sempre diversi, perfettamente caratterizzati, amabili oltre ogni immaginazione.
Le parole scritte sono avvincenti, semplici, corrette e accattivanti.
La passione, come nei romanzi precedenti, fa da padrona e la nascita di un legame è il filo conduttore, ma tutto ciò che vortica attorno e che lega l’intera serie è sapientemente organizzato.
Non ci si può fermare… Via con il prossimo!

Another spectacular read from Lexi Foss. This is the third book in the Blood Alliance series. While the first 2 books focused on vampires, this book is about wolf shifters. Specifically, the Clemente Pack, whose current Alpha is loathe to hand over the reins of leadership to his son. In this world, Vampires are immortal but wolf shifters are not. They do, however, live very long lives - like 500-600 yrs. That's one of the few things that has me scratching my head. One of our MMC, Edon, is the heir apparent . . . at only 22 years old! Seems kinda young too, given that his father is only in the 200 yr range (can't remember the exact number). But easy enough to overlook. What's not easy to overlook is the chemistry between our 3 main characters; Luna, Edon and Silas, because that chemistry jumped off nearly ever single page. We met Silas in the previous book. He was best friends with the FMC, Rae, in that book.
This is a menage story, with our three heroes forming what is known as a "Triad Bond." Very rare, very powerful and something not seen is a few hundred years. There is some sword crossing, and several menage scenes, so if that's not your thing, you have been warned. I have to say, there is a trigger warning in the beginning of the book because life in a wolf pack is pretty brutal. Especially for the women, and there are some dark themes in this story. But these themes just reinforce the backdrop of the "new world" and why there is rebellion brewing.
Ms. Foss always does a fabulous job of world building and that continues with this series. While I would HATE to live in this world as a human, part of me would do it if I could have Kylan. Yes, some characters from the previous books are featured here. . . and Kylan MY LOVE is just perfection. Sure he's arrogant, but he's also charming as well. Check out my highlights and comments if you'd like a sampling. Characters are richly drawn and I could really feel Silas' bitter disappointment about his life after winning the Immortal Cup. It's not anything he expected.
Near the end of the book, we were introduced to a new vampire royal, Ryder. The epilogue is a nice segue into the next book, which is Ryder and Willow's story. Willow was the third in the friend group at university that was also comprised of Rae (Book #2) and Silas. Ryder seems like he may give Kylan a run for his money in my affections, we'll just have to wait and see. And you bet your sweet ass I'm moving on to the next book in the series.
