Love changes people.
I’m the first to admit that I, Keaton Bridges, used to be an immature, entitled ass.
Okay, maybe I’m the second to admit it—after Roxy Carter.
That loudmouth.
But I’ve seen what true love has done for my friends, and I want it for myself.

Somehow, I’m the only single guy left.
Somehow, she’s the only single girl.
The only time Foxy Roxy hasn’t been a loudmou

This was a cute frenemies pretending to be a couple read. Of course it leads to them becoming more. This was a sweet and easy read. There are steamy bits in this one. It’s a good read, but nothing really NEW if you’re someone who reads romance often. None the less a good read though.

When i read the review of this book, there is a lot of shout out to Keaton. While i was listening to the audiobook, i can understand why. Yes i am joining the Keaton fan club. Plus i also want to go to Antiqua with Keaton.

I love this book. It managed to bring a big grin on ny face. It's cure me of my workday blues. I admire how the author can create such dynamic characters with their hilarious banter. Keaton is the MAN! Roxy is perfect for him to complete him.

This was fun, sexy audio book experience for me. I listened to this doing household chores and it made the time pass by so quickly, making it way more enjoyable than it usually is.

Keaton and Roxy are sworn enemies. They have mutual friends but can’t even bear to be in the same room as each other most of the time. Their friends say they are like oil and water but Keaton knows differently. To him they are a match and flint, too scared to get close to each other because they know it will ignite the

I’m sorry to give this one of the lowest ratings I’ve given to a Loring book. And I love almost everything she has written!

This is an enemies to lovers trope featuring best friends of the characters in Tonight You’re Mine, which is also a book I didn’t like very much ( in that case I disliked the heroine, Aimee). Roxy and Keaton make out at their best friends’ wedding and vow never to speak of it again. She avoids him as much as possible and he wonders why she is avoiding him. Five years later t

I love this story about mouthy Roxy and sweet Keaton, they are so different but matches perfectly.

No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
Good and so fun dialogues, Wetpantiesface 😂
Some secondary characters I’ve already read but the others I would love to read about too.
Talk about slow burning love story..........that finally ends in all the happiness we all want to have.

This is a standalone but part of a series.

So many stars. I honestly could not get enough of this book, everything about it I loved. And it was so funny, like laugh out loud hilarious. Basically the entire book is highlighted with notes like snorts, lmao, lmfao, hilarious, so damn funny. From the way they interact with each other, to Keaton’s dog, to their group of friends, to the couples trip, to the couples games on the trip, to the text in the group chat....everything seriously was so funny. Laughed so hard....and loudly. This is my n ...more

The Plus Ones is a standalone. However, it is based in the Brooklyn world where three of Loring’s other books Come Back to Bed, Rebound with Me and Tonight You’re Mine are based, and those characters are also in this one. Those three couples: Matt and Bernie, Vince and Nina, and Aimee and Chase all plan a couple’s trip to a couple’s resort in Antigua. But, when Nina and Vince have to drop out, Roxy and Keaton take their places. They are not a couple, so it’s a fake relationship trope,

This was such a funny, sweet, swoony, and sexy listen. It was the perfect story to keep my mind off the fact that I was driving early in the morning. I laughed and swooned all the way to and from Philadelphia.

I like the friends to lovers trope. Gotta love a bit of that action. Throw in a fake relationship (that you know is going to turn real) and I am all in.

This was my first Kayley Loring story, so even though I wasn't all up to date with the other couples in this series, I enjoyed it.

I absolutely loved Keaton. He was kind and caring and has all the feels.

Roxy on the other hand I just couldn't with. She is a 35 year old woman, yet she acted out like a bellige

Smart and sassy takes on humorously, heartwarming. Loring digs deep into the insecurities of life, love and happily ever after with a fresh, comedic voice. The Plus Ones will have hearts cheering, lips smiling and senses on overload. Hamilton and Cartwright tickle the eardrums with an amazing delivery of what women what and why men tend to be a bit clueless. Keaton and Roxy take high maintenance to the next level of irritating with adorable results. Love means war and everybody wins in the most ...more

I have read and enjoyed other books by Kayley Loring, including Come Back to Bed, and was looking forward to reading The Plus Ones, about a man and a woman who pretend to be together in order to participate in an exclusive couples-only vacation with their friends.

Keaton Bridges was our hero, in his 30s, smart and successful, and looking for a relationship. Not a player, he’s had his heart broken a time or two and didn’t really have a loving relationship with his own parents which I can relate to

The first half of this book was not the best, Roxy was a massive bitch to Keaton for most of it. But when she finally let go of the attitude and saw how AMAZING Keaton was, it got so much better. I loved the epilogue and catching up with the whole gang and I’m so sad this series is over. I laughed and I sighed through it all, I’m so glad I read these.

This was a cute rom-com. It gave me Christina Lauren vibes and Unhoneymooners, but different and fun in it's own way. Meet Keaton, a sweet guy with a lot of money and failed relationships. Then meet Roxy...aka Foxy Roxy, she is independent and won't let anyone tell her what to do or feel. They are both friends with a group of six others, they are the only singles. The couples are taking a group trip to a couples resort and they are going to be left behind...until one couple can go. Keaton snags ...more

As Keaton has watched his friends find love, get married and begin having kids he begins to realize how much he wants that for himself. He thought that was where his last relationship was heading until she left town and him behind. He hasn’t forgotten the one kiss he shared with Roxy five years ago but even since then things between them have been awkward.

Roxy has two serious relationships in her past and both were ultimate failures. Since then she has kept her relationships short and casual but

The Plus Ones is the latest novel by Kayley Loring and another fantastic page-turner. I've loved every book I've read from this author and this novel was no exception. The Plus Ones is a romantic comedy that's sure to make you laugh out loud. It included both enemies to lovers and fake relationship trope and I was hooked from beginning to end. The novel was hilarious, steamy and sweet. I absolutely loved Keaton, Roxy on the other have took some getting used to as I really disliked her attitude i ...more

Two words. KEATON BRIDGES. I have secretly been crushing on Keaton since the character was first introduced in Tonight You’re Mine. Needless to say I was super excited when I heard that his was getting his own book and Roxy! Plus, more of Chase, Aimee, Matt, Bernie and new to me characters, Vince and Nina.

I found myself laughing out loud while reading a majority of this book. I LOVED the banter between Roxy and Keaton and really the interactions between the group as a whole. This is one group o

Keaton and Roxie have friends in common. These two love their friends sooooooo hard, you wish you could have friends like this group. They love each other so much, have so much fun that they don't want to miss out on this couples trip, even though they're single.

Keaton was perfect. I loved his character. I loved his POV, his feelings, his love for his friends, family, friends kids, and slow unsure feelings about Roxie. These two have such chemistry, but Roxie fights it alot. This book was very e

I don't know what it is but guys that are reformed but still have some of their cocky self in them are like my freaking kryptonite. Add in awesome guys that are also humorous and freaking sweet, yup, I am a huge fan!! The leading lady was pretty awesome as well, I adored her confidence and go getting self! What a great concept with a dash of destination wedding- I am freaking hooked!

All in all, this was a fun story to read with awesome characters and a great story line that kept me entertained.

Keaton and Roxy are friends of the couple in the previous book. They end up making out at a wedding, then agree to never talk about it again. Later their friends are all part of a couple and are taking a couples trip. Keaton doesn't want to be the only single guy. He comes up with the idea that he and Roxy should be a pretend couple for the trip. Problem is they can't stop making out or keep their hands off each other. Love may really be in the cards for this couple. The banter between them was ...more
Cute, light story by a new author for me. A couple in the making that are close friends with 3 other couples. (Yes, all these couples have a book and this is the last book in the series. I'm just starting late in the game.) The starring duo antagonize each other for the first half of the book. I'l be honest, this does get a little tiresome. But the group friends banter with each other is entertaining enough to distract from our couples bickering. The last half is the slow developing romance that ...more

This book is providing me with exactly what I need, an escape from my reality. This book is charming, funny and exactly what my doctor would order if I actually told her all that’s going on.

I absolutely LOVED it! I may have actually cried because it made me so happy!

SO charming!

I have begun to wonder if Kayley Loring is even capable of writing a less than five star rom/com.

I have enjoyed them all, but, somehow, some way, this one is my current favorite, which I would have imagined was impossible after reading Tonight You’re Mine. I honestly couldn’t stand Keaton in that book. I felt like he was such a selfish little prat. But he’s grown up and changed in all the best ways. He’s self deprecating. He understands his faults. And he is more than ready to be tha

This was an entertaining enemies to lovers romance! Keaton and Roxy were both introduced in Tonight You're Mine which involved their best friends Aimee and Chase. I had to laugh because I knew Foxy Roxy and Keaton sounded familiar, when I checked my review of Tonight You're Mine I flat out said I wanted to throat punch Keaton. Is there an obscure foreign word for "that magical feeling when you discover a new to you author and want to simultaneously devour their entire body of work and also make it last forever, a la having your cake and eating it too"? Because that is how I feel right now. Not only did I stay up too late last night reading "Come Back to Bed," I woke up a couple of times in the night to read just one more sentence. Immediately after I finished it I went to the author's page to check out her other work ...more

This was a really cute story. More of a frenemies to lovers than enemies to lovers. Keaton and Roxy went together so well. These two were always the extras in their group of friends. Keaton came out of a serious relationship where he was left behind. His thought process slowly changed and he realized he wanted what his friends had, that forever kind of love. Roxy has finally gotten to that point herself, looking for more. They had shared a passionate kiss 5 years earlier that neither had forgott ...more

I really enjoyed listening to The Plus Ones. This was such a fun story of two kind of enemies-kind of friends- that try hard to hate each other, but clearly their attraction finally takes over.
Both Keaton and Roxy are apart of the same tight group of friends. Unfortunately for them, all of their friends are married except for them. They had a past hookup that lead to nothing, which started the resentment that Roxy had for Keaton.

Though there is obvious attraction, no-one wanted to act on it...

Super nice! Push pull... A pick me upper. My dog died today, and this book was with me to help me deal with it. Everything is so freakin sad (in my life, not in the book)... Grief, despair, and the rain. So I got filled with melancholy and felt somber while reading this book. This book with all the borrowed words from other nations which was somehow able to explain feelings not explicitly explainable by English words...

Anyway. If you have some quiet time, and have the empathy to feel that feelin

I have to admit, this is the only one of Kayley Loring's book boyfriend series I have read. However, It was rather fantastic. This book revolves around Keaton and Roxy who have to pretend to be a couple to join in on a holiday with all of their married friends. The two obviously have a connection, something they find out in years previous, but put together on holiday sharing a little cottage... falling in love was inevitable.

I absolutely loved Keaton, he was the perfect guy (in this book at leas
