黑格尔的论述结构非常清晰。他自己的和译者补充的索引很好用，有助于读者建立完整的认知体系。
在两百年后读黑格尔，读者难免会发现他的想法有很多值得批判的地方，比如对王权的无限推崇、对殖民战争的合理化、对国家制度与公务人员过于乐观的信任、对人民的鄙夷（“因为人民这个词表示国家成员的特殊部分，所以人民就是不知道自己需要什么的那一部分人。”）、对女性的歧视等等。他似乎不喜欢作为个体的人、不喜欢世上那一半性别为女的人、还不喜欢成为群体的人民。
但书中不乏让人赞叹其智慧的论述。他的刑罚理论以及其他关于法的原理的阐释至今仍振聋发聩，他对英雄的自我意识的理解让人感动，他对于善、良心与自我确信的论述也让我感到被理解。
PS：前言站在己方无比正确的位置，高举阶级斗争旗帜，一定要证明一方优于另一方的样子有点好笑，细看又觉得难过。
PPS:刚刚有去豆瓣翻书评，看到了江绪林老师的笔记，又心生想念。
