Limited info in this book

I had high hopes for the book as a private equity professional looking for for a way to be forward leaning in the MA process. However I was disappointed by the lack of information in this book.

This book is a brief introduction into the M&A landscape and discusses the approach from a project management perspective. You’d find this book valuable if you’re brand new to M&A, but for me it was a refresher that lacked substance.

Book is high level but good references

It refers to the openly available playbook for atlantassian as also the authors website M&A science. Ok read though not much insight
