Too interesting to read just once!
My first interest in this title was its reference to weight loss. If there is a book out that can change my mindset in regards to weight-loss I am all for reading it. However, upon reading the introduction of this book, I found Dr Sadeghi meant the information provided in this book to be used in any aspect of life.
I do feel this book has very interesting and spiritual information and I would say I was going along and most agreeable with most of what is presented in the book. If not for a portion of the book I didn’t agree with, I probably would have given it a five-star review. I have read many new age books promising enlightenment and change. Instead, what I found “Within,” is quite refreshing. I would recommend this book to anyone who is openly familiar with consciousness, meditation or looking for spiritual growth. Or anyone open to restoration, as this book provides a whole lot of spiritual and emotional healing.
This book provides a lot to digest so I won’t go into any great detail here. I found myself having to stop at certain points in the book and actually focus on the information. Due to this, and because reviews can sometimes be rushed, I have decided to reread this book all over again.
Dr Sadeghi provides summary at the end of each chapter and if you are highly motivated, 40 meditative exercises ( The Program) at the end of the book for contemplating. I would have to say this book is not for everyone, as even I found some things a little hard to digest. To start with, you must totally have an open mind when it comes to many of the topics presented in this book. The reader is also provided with Dr. Sadeghi own life story which I found to be disturbing, enlightening, and lastly confusing. My only wish was that he would have elaborated more on his journey before his cure.
