The title says it all. Mr. Fury clearly describes the variety of techniques instrumental to building a strong foundation in Parkour Training. The progression laid out is practical and functional. The illustrations iin the book are well drawn and incorporated into the content and further clarify the instructions. In addition to the intrinsic value of this great book, the author provides a link and access to training freebies at the end of the book. This is a must read for Parkour enthusiasts as well as martial artist, survivalists and anyone interested in functional athletic preformance and fitness. It should be on everyone's bookshelf!

I did not know what this was. I had heard of it but was clueless. I just had to find out. Wow. Amazing! I love this. Even at my old age I can learn some of these really awesome moves and though this is just the beginning, I have a new interest now.
