A must read or Listen. The audio version has a couple guided relaxation exercises to end the tape. Great analysis of alternative treatments you might have wondered but not sure who is credible to ask. I wish I had this book right after diagnosed with cancer. Honest information about what to expect and coordinate alternative treatments to feed your soul. Book great gift for new diagnosed cancer patient to include in a survival package.
