Awesome read! I highly recommend for all fantasy lovers!

Superb writing from a young author.

This developing author shows great mastery of language that will serve her well if she pursues a fiction-writing career. Offering lyrical sentences without overly florid description, the prose surpasses that of some much older writers. The same goes for punctuation style; excellent use of em-dashes in particular.

It's a short novel, simple but not dumbed down, suitable for middle grade readers and up. I particularly liked Eldred as a character. The story needs

Such an awesome story that takes you from a rural town pizza shop into mystery, magic, adventure, humor, romance, life, and death.

There's a new kid in school who's lost both his parents and living with his widowed aunt and younger cousin. Things are a little awkward for him from the beginning and then gets scared by another boy who everyone tells him to avoid.

This book was truly fascinating, although there were some grammar and spelling errors that can easily be fixed with a couple of proof reads. I finished in one sitting and do not regret it one bit! Abbigayle Grace you did amazing! This book is absolutely great for young readers that want to explore the world of fantasy books! There is no sex, kissing, poor language, etc. which again, is great for young readers! I can’t wait to read more of her book

Elfboy The Pizza Shop Chronicles is a wonderful fantasy story that I would reccomend reading to kids (obviously not beginning readers like I am working with but late elementary, middle school and even high school kids) and adults. It is wonderfully written, with well developed and interesting characters from the get go. Not once did I have to ask myself when will the story really begin. Not one dull moment. Also like the fact that it is clean reading material that both kids and adults can read a ...more

What I Did Like:
-The characters. Specifically I liked Tachla and El. They felt like they had hidden depth and potential that we were only tapping into.
-Short chapters kept up the fast pace of the book. I liked when I can move quickly through a book because I keep thinking, “I have time for one more chapter”.
-Religion angle worked. I wasn’t expecting to get religion (you normally don’t see a commonplace religion in the elf world in fantasy) and I was surprised to see how it was featured. With o
