The two beefy, alpha men are my obsession.
I think of their rough hands touching my skin.
Them sharing me in ways that are so wrong but feel so right.
I’ve been a good girl all my life.
Good and… in control.
Maybe it’s time I surrender myself to my ultimate fantasy.
Let them own me.
Get double dirty.

The material's actually good. Even the cover's just hot. But the story just.. Ok I guess. For quick reading it's just fine.

Natasha wrote an MFM story that brings two male friends together that want the same woman. The connection between everyone is off the charts, and the story is okay. I liked the fact that the two friends had never done this before and that Lexy was special enough to make two friends change their lives for her. However, that was about it.

The reason I gave this story 3 1/2 stars is that Lexy is supposed to be a social worker and is put into some lousy situation which would have never happened in the first place. Moreover, then when she is put into this situation, the oddest things happen that shouldn't, so that irritated me. Then the 'bad guy' shows up at the end, and nothing happens, he is there and then nothing. It is the end of the story. That pissed me off.

This was my first book by this author. I enjoyed the storyline even though it was outside what I normally read. The way these three came together felt organic, not like it was there just to make a menage. Each person bought something different to the relationship and things were explored from each viewpoint as well as how different their relationships are with each other.

Lexi starts out as a damsel in distress. She's a social worker and one of her clients has been threatening her. She decides to take self defense classes to be better prepared. Her instructor is Rafe, a bit of an alpha male. When he meets Lexi there's something about her that brings out his need to protect her. They become friends and she meets his best friend (and roommate) Rafe. Lexi finds herself feeling safe and protected around them both. When things escalate at work she ends up staying with them while she recovers. Lexi feels strong attraction to both Rafe and Leo, and the author does a great job illustrating the difference in how she feels towards each. As things progress and take further steps it doesn't come across as forced.

I received an advanced readers copy of this story through bookfunnel and am leaving a voluntary honest review.

ONE EXCITING TREAT!!!
Rock-N-Roll baby! Natasha rocks our world once again as she brings this bad boy screaming to life flawlessly. A few twists and turns along with a couple of unpredictable mishaps that keep you riveted and total focus on this page turning delight. The characters are authentic, tangible and so realistic they really pull you in. Their personalities are unique with qualities that balances out as they play off one another perfectly. You can easily picture each scenario in your mind's eye with such colorful details and descriptions that shows how impressive the imagination is, as well as an eye for detail. Grappling with all the trials and tribulations along with all the drama and smouldering suspense catapults this baby together delightfully. A churning multitude of vexing circumstances and an abundance of overwhelming surprises thrust those conflicting emotions to life smoothly. Remarkable job Natasha, thanks for sharing.

This is a story about Lexi who has had a hard unloving life and all she wants is to give back and give to those what she needed during her childhood, an advocate. While working with a man intent on being rude and refusing to do what is necessary to get his daughter back he makes decisions that has Lexi scared for herself. While taking a self-defense class the instructor, Rafe can see all the characteristics of a woman in need of protection goes above what is necessary to help her. As these two become friends, Leo Rafe’s roommate and best friends joins them and they end up asking Lexi to live with them to keep her safe after another attack. Once the attraction between them becomes more do things get interesting and the guys are okay with everything going on if Lexi is safe and protected. Once things get out of control at work for Lexi do the guys do the ultimate for Lexi and they show her how much they love her! I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book I received through bookfunnel. This is a story about Lexi who is a social worker and after having to deal with a tough client, she enters a self defense class, lead by Rafe Sullivan. He is roomates with Leo and they also grew up together. Rafe finds her attractive in more ways than one and after she tells him what happened to her, Rafe and Leo decide that she should move in with them. Leo also has feelings for Lexi and things get complicated. Another plus was that it was told from all characters' POV's. This was one hot read, my first from this author and I will be reading more. 5 stars.

"Her miracle"...

First, let me say that this is my favorite story by this author so far. The story-line addresses a truth people may not realize...the dangers that can happen to social workers. Theirs is a thankless and sometimes hated profession. I especially liked how Ms. Black explained Lexi's reasons for her dedication to her job. I also adored Rafe and Leo. They had a truly unbreakable bond. One that Lexi was a natural addition to. As for my headline, if you read this book you will understand it's meaning.

Lexi has never known love or affection in her entire life. No one has ever protected her. She is threatened and decides to take a self-defense class. Rafe is the teacher and they become friends. Later she also meets his roommate Leo. When she’s assaulted, she moves in with them to feel safe. They’re all platonic for a while as things slowly heat up. It was good to see Lexi find a family.

I gave this 4.5 instead of 5 stars because there were times when the timeline was off. Other than that, the story was very good.

This is really a wonderful well-written story, it's quick to read and has a good storyline, Lexi has never had love in her life and since meeting Leo and Rafe, she has best friends and lovers to protect her from an abusive parent of one of her social work cases. This trio has fantastic chemistry and the banter and emotion between them is wonderful to see.

Lexi is threatened by the father of one of the children she represents with child services and ends up taking some self-defense classes where she meets Rafe. When she is attacked Rafe asks her to move in with him and his roommate Leo, a fireman. Sparks soon fly between the three of them. Fast-paced emotional read with great characters that have lots of depth. The story is entertaining and steamy. I loved this read!

I think ‘Double Delight’ is a more applicable title because I don’t find the ménage story Dirty. Lexi, Rafe and Leo build a meaningful and caring friendship before anything physical happens and when it does it shows the depth of those emotions. I love how the story unfolds and this trio finds happiness on their own terms.

This is a fairly quick read. I found the flow of the story to have a very natural flow - most of the time - more so than most ménage stories. There are parts that had me nearly in tears from laughing. Overall, I thought this was sweet, funny, and very steamy. The characters balance each other in the best of ways.

This is a beautiful story that started off with a girl very much in trouble but went on to be soon sorted out. It is a romance that is really mushy and sweet and made me tearful. I really loved these two alpha men with the softest centers and biggest hearts. Very good read.

Not a bad book. I actually loved all the characters and how it played out. Though she was a bit clingy. Still not quite sure how the 'bad' happened...maybe I missed it.

good story, but there were multiple times where something happened with little to no explanation. Like, they were doing this, then the next thing you know, that happens... totally unrelated and kind of left you scratching your head a bit.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Lexy, Rafe and Leo. Lexy is a social worker who was threatened by a man who had his daughter taken away. Lexy was scared, but she had to keep the man as a client because they were short staffed. Lexy decided to attend a self defense class in case he made good one the threats, and she met Rafe, the instructor. Rafe was a personal trainer and he taught self defense classes. When he noticed Lexy come into class, she stayed toward the back and he knew she was frightened of something. After the class, Rafe asked Lexy to have a coffee and talk about why she attended the class. Lexy and Rafe talked for hours and Rafe wanted to be the one to protect her. They became friends and started spending time together. Rafe's roommate Leo wanted to meet Lexy and soon the three were great friends. Both Rafe and Leo were attracted to Lexy and cared for her. Lexy was attracted to both men, but loved their friendship and wouldn't risk anything coming between them. When Lexy was attacked, Rafe and Leo wanted her to move in with them so she would feel safe. The three grew even closer and soon Lexy was faced with a choice, either pick a man or leave. Both Rafe and LEo didn't want her to leave and they agreed to live with her choice between them, but Lexy didn't want to choose. I really enjoyed this story. I love how protective Rafe and Leo were of Lexy. I love how they loved her and wanted to be with her. i think Lexy was surprised they thought of her as their family and didn't want to lose her. There was also a great relationship between Rafe and LEo, they were as close as brothers and cared about each other as well. Good one.

I feel like I haven't read a new menage in quite some time so this one seemed like it could be interesting - but the writing.
It just wasn't for me. The writing, and the formatting - paragraphs with no indenting and almost worse? As bad? A space between each paragraph. I've come to really hate that.

I'm a bit sad though because at least I don't think I've read many social worker heroines where the work is front and center - we start out with her going on a bad home visit. And I'm glad she was smart - trying to do her job, but getting out of a bad situation for her own safety and not escalating.

However, some of the stuff just ... like ... first she installs a deadbolt in her apartment door with a screwdriver. A) Pretty sure she doesn't own it so ... you're not allowed to just do shit like that? B) You ... can't install a deadbolt with just a screwdriver. You literally need to drill a hole into the door to create space for the bolt itself when the door isn't bolted. Not to mention drilling into door frame.
I know it's a "little" thing but ... I mean that's just reality.

Then with her going to the self defense class. It just ... ugh it all sadly rubbed me the wrong way how it was written.

Ugh.

The good: I thought that the premise was mostly believable (social worker goes to a self defense class after a run-in with a father in one of her cases and develops a friendship with the instructor and his firefighter roommate); the timeline worked (friends first, no insta-love); triple POV; little bit of humor.

The bad: Typos that a proofreader should have caught; a couple of sexy scenes but they weren’t written particularly well; the worst thing that happens to the female lead shouldn’t have been able to happen with the perpetrator that took the blame (this shouldn’t be a big deal but there was an alternative that would have taken one sentence to fix this); the repetition of the female lead’s background got annoying; about halfway through the book, the writing became disjointed (it’s hard to explain but there are several scenes that the author clearly wanted to go in a certain direction and couldn’t quite get there so the scenes seemed rushed and were missing finesse).

Good effort but fell short. 2.5 stars rounded up because the characters were likable.

Oh my, romance junkies everywhere should devour Natasha's latest release ASAP. Double Dirty features Lexi, a Social Worker, as well as best friends; Leo (firefighter) and Rafe (personal trainer/self defense instructor) are going to melt your Kindle with their undeniable passion and romance.

Ms. Natasha Black has done it again... She has produced gold with the creation of book.

After being threatened on the job, Lexi enrolls in a self-defense course where she meets one half of her future in Rafe. This circle is completed once she meets his best friend, Leo, and so this steamy must read story takes off.

I voluntarily requested an advanced reader's copy of Double Dirty in exchange for my honest opinion & voluntarily given opinion and I couldn't recommend it more. Anything written by Ms. Black is what I consider a 'must read'.

I can not wait to see what this unbelievably talented Author will gift us with next. All I am sure of is... it will be incredible.

Love and hesitation
I found very well developed and written parts that describe the anguish of the heroine who was threatened, as well as the path of his thought until the acceptance of her situation with the two men who support her. The intrigue is not the most complicated about threats, but the discovery part of the trio is both hot and allows to understand why or how the heroine arrives at the decisions she takes.
Lexi is a social worker and has been threatened by a parent, which leads her to meet Rafe, a self-defense instructor and his roommate Leo, a firefighter. She feels both reassured and attracted to them, but she has never been like that and does not want to stand between the two friends.

This book told the story of a girl that grew up in the system that never placed her, to become a dedicated social worker helping parents to merit having their children returned to them. Hoping to prevent other children growing up unloved, without family as she did, she visits an extremely threatening man who has had his young daughter removed from him. But because of this threatening experience, she attends a self defense class and meets the instructor, Rafe, who eventualy introduces her to his boyhood friend and roommate, Leo. This book is well written with great dialog, plenty of action and danger leading to a happy ending with a forever family for Lexi. Second half of book is filled with erotica! Compelling!
This is a wonderful story of acceptance and love. Alone all her life, she meets Rafe when she is compelled to take a self-defense class after being threatened. He is the teacher, and he and his roommate Leo have her move in with them after she is brutally assaulted. Ms. Black’s talented writing not only brings the story to life, but also pulls in the reader.

Double Dirty is an MFM love story about a woman who has never had love and the two men who fall for her. Rafe teaches self defense and Leo is a fireman and when they meet Lexi the chemistry ignites. I like that the two guys help Lexi feel safe after everything she went through. This is an entertaining story with believable characters that have real life problems and a love that grew stronger over time. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

This is the story of Lexi, Rafe and Leo. It is the first time that I am reading this author and I adored this book. It is written wonderfully. Filled with drama and suspense, afew twists said turns and you can't put it down. I loved how the relationship between the three of them developed. That they had a friendship first made the falling for each other deeper and more meaningful. Loved the characters.

The story of Lexi, Rafe, and Leo was a good one. Lexi had great chemistry with each of the guys. I enjoyed that they had a slow build up in their relationship, getting to know each other first. It is an easy reading story with action, drama, love, romance, and steamy scenes. I would recommend reading this one.

Lexi’s childhood was sad and lonely. She never had anyone to call her own. Now she has two men who love and cherish her and a job where she can advocate for children like her. When an outside influence threatens their happiness their relationship is put to the ultimate test. This story is sweet, romantic, and steamy. The characters are dynamic and engaging. A definite must read.
