Review: The book is a collection of short stories. It contains 22 different stories written by different authors.
The stories are completely different from each other but deliver the same message as to how to maintain peace within body and soul and striking a balanced life.
The book is motivational and some stories will make you motivated to lead a better life. Several sections stood out to me and resonated with me. I highlighted many quotes.

Language is engaging and lucid.
Characterisation was on point.
Plot of some stories was good.
I would surely recommend this

‘One: Your Wellness Guide To Body, Mind & Soul is a collection of 22 stories written by different authors. These stories revolves around the experiences of these authors and how they too were or are not perfect each story tells us how these authors took control of their life. As I read the stories it was really inspiring to read these stories. Each story has something to give the readers like in one story the author has said that it is very important to notice or listen what our body is trying to say. How it is very important to create a balance in life and in what ways we can keep our inner warrior alive. The book contains various topics right from nutrition, creativity to communication and there are tips that all can follow in their practical life. To know more about these wonderful tips and to get to know about our body, mind & soul read ‘One: Your Wellness Guide to Body, Mind & Soul’.

My Thoughts:

This is a self help book and is written in such a manner that the readers will surely connect to the stories of each author. While reading this book the one thing that I got to know is whatever the conditions are we must strive in our life to overcome these situations. If you are feeling low in your life and feel like you cannot achieve anything in life you must read these motivational stories to know how these authors faced so much of problems in life but never gave up.

Language is simple and lucid. Each story is well narrated and they will actually touch the readers heart.

The book cover is simple with the authors picture over it. The title of the book is apt to the stories. Each individual story is different but somehow they all are pointing to only ONE thing and that is wellness of our body, mind & soul and hence I loved the title of the book.

I would surely recommend this book to all especially to all those people who are planning to enter the world of self-help books.

It's one of the best book I have ever read full of amazing knowledge and life tips.

It's written by over 21 experts or you can say highly succeessful people in their field.

My friends, this book involves various topics like sexuality, life, nutrition, stress management, spirituality etc.

From the beginning this book will catch your attention.

Whether by telling you the power of your inner warrior. And how to arise it.

Or, by telling you about the importance of spirituality in your life.

This book will cover all the important aspects of our life.

In this developing era with increasing rush in our lives and rapid growth of urbanisation, we all collectively seemed to have undermined the concept of mental health. The ideas of spirituality, body positivity, stress, communication, creativity, nutrition and its cumulative effect on our body , mind and soul is very significant for us to know and the book offers to elaborate information and discussions on the same through 22 short stories. What could be better than gaining some wisdom through stories?
Each story provides the readers with a profound message through it. At this time and age, when almost every other person finds himself facing existential crisis and pessimism takes over his positive feelings, the book offers an optimistic approach towards life.
The way each tale has been told to the readers illuminates the author's excessive hard work behind the writing process. The information and the sort of therapy which the book bestows upon the potential readers is commendable.
At times people often find themselves asking questions to their own selves and while they stumble upon this road for answers, the insights of various renowned therapists within the pages, act as a supporting friend in this journey.
As a teenager who has often found herself being misdirected due to peer pressure which significantly bombards my mental state, I found this book extremely helpful as it greatly absorbed me within the concept of peace and sanity within the mind as well as the body.

The book focus about life,nutrition,creativity,sexuality,stress,communication,power finding & creating.
22 stories' collection has 22 lives discussed here,each one balancing between our mind and body.

Mind,body and soul all the inter-related and effect each other.We can't ignore any one and be happy and peacefull.

We can think that how a bad food habit can effect our mind or soul as it has only bad effect on our body......but here we can understand how it effects us mentally by stress,uncomfort and results in irritating and malfunctioning mental condition.......in this situation can we even think of happiness or mental peace???
If there is no peace or satisfaction in mind how can we think of soul a deeper concept to understand.

It's all relatable....imbalancing creates destruction.

This book will help you to think in a directional way so that we can follow it effectively in our life.

Impactful writing styles.
Impressive ways of focussing on the basis which builds the foundation with pictorial representation.

Review-
The book is written by a Power coach who is also a bestselling author, a publisher, an online TV show creator and host. She is an international self defence expert. The book talks about mind and body and how we can do it for the wellness of both. The book starts where the author is talking about the power of warriors (POW) which is according to the author we all have inside, waiting for us to discover it or already unleashed and ready for the next level of training.

The author has given some steps to acknowledge, recognize, unleash, train and protect the power of warriors. The author has suggested using the POW to create an unstoppable life. The one most important thing which I loved about this book is it is written by so many people, it's like a balanced plate where you have every dish with balanced nutrients.

For Instance - According to Parul Aggarwal, we all originate from an infinite source,go back to that source. She says every stimulus including what we drink and eat affects the activity of spiritual energy or chakras in our body. She has also given a fresh green juice recipe which is called a Wellness mantra.
Some of the chapters were my favourites like Reinventing middle for the Over 40s, Embracing Divine Feminine and Masculine and The Power Within You.

The book has so much knowledge and information that it worked like a therapy or growth session for me. I used to sit with this book every morning and it helped me fill my day with positivity. The language and writing style is decent and easy to understand.

Overall, it was informative and a must read during this lockdown period, this book will play the role of a friend who transforms you into a happy and content being.

One: Your Wellness Guide To Body, Mind & Soul is a collection of 22 stories written by different authors focussing on various aspects mainly to make our lives balanced and happy. Each story has an experience and tips to improve our well being and create a balance between our mind and body. The story which I got connected more was about two sisters Charlize and Reese where one is contended in what she have and spread positiveness while the other one is interested in wanting everything for herself finally landing up near Happiness coach.

Review:
- The cover is beautiful with pictures of all the authors.
- The title is apt for the story.
- Every story is unique in its own way and it is really very difficult to choose the favorite ones. But the stories which caught my attention are "Wtf is happy-ness!!", "energy is everything", "you are what you eat, you are what you think" and also "your last break-up holds the key to your next breakthrough".
- The language is simple and easy to understand.
- In the end, there are gifts for readers as well and I am going to use fitness and self care planning.

Overall, I would say a very knowledgeable read which is not just a one time read. I would refer to a few stories whenever I feel low or get negative thoughts. This book is recommended to everyone and the stories are not related to one another so they can be read anytime and anywhere.

The book states logical facts and how to maintain balance between body and soul. How one should prepare his/her mind to achieve peace. And it's a perfect book for every age group.

💫 Book cover is quite interesting and the colour used in cover art is soothing for mind. It also present the pictures of all the writers who narrate their stories in this book

💫 Also language is simple and easy to understand and the experience of these writers enhance the reading process.

It is high time that we take some time out from our busy work life and actually spend time with ourselves. And to work on our wellness of the body, mind and the soul. I heard this quote somewhere, which says, one must work to live and not live to work. It has stayed with me since then.
The book is a collection of 22 stories which are written by a variety of authors. These stories are based on their experiences of the body, mind and the soul. These stories have really been an inspiration to me. Every story has something different to share and you will learn something new from every story. The stories are highly connectable to the readers.
The language is easy to understand and the narration is also simple. The cover of the book is subtle and beautiful. It has pictures of all the authors aligned in an oval around the book with the title of the book in its center. To me, this resembled as the different phases of the moon which rotates around the one and only- the earth. Depicting the center of the book as us and the different stories being about us.

We might read a collection of stories in one book by a single author, this is also a collection of stories but this is a different one. ONE: Your Wellness Guide To Body, Mind & Soul is a collection of 22 stories but written by 21 different authors hand-picked but Mirav. This book helps us to improve in different ways. To make the reader understand the concepts, either pictorial or there should be practical examples, so the reader will get connect here they choose practical examples and tips. They say the story that includes advising the reader. Some books are just one time read later we might not show interest in those books, but this is opposite to those, we can go and pick any story and read at any time. it motivates and gives knowledge about nutrition, creativity, sexuality, stress, communication, power finding, and creating and lots more are covered to give you a comprehensive insight on the connection between body and mind.

As there are different authors, there is no chance of confusion while shifting from one story to another. Perfectly explained how to get the balance and alignment between body, mind, and soul.

The cover looks good and well designed
The title is perfect for the book.
Simple yet effective language with nice grammar is observed.
A very realistic narration is found in the book.
Overall, I can say this is a perfect wellness guide to body, mind, and soul. I don’t think my rating won’t be less than 5 at any chance.

This book contains 22 different stories written by different authors. All of the stories are different in their own ways but portray the same message, that is how to keep a balance between each and every other aspect of life starting from health to communication.

Each story is very motivational and inspiring in their own ways and would interest you in such a way that you'd want to make that sudden change in life which will lead you to a better lifestyle.

Every story has been well narrated and the characters have been defined well. The language of each and every story is lucid and the vocabulary used is rather amazing.

All in all, this is an amazing book consisting of stories that might actually help you in life.

A self help book with a beautiful cover design and engrossing content. This book talks about different and all aspects of life. From nutrition to creativity to sexuality yo communication and many more , it covers all these things. Things which are a daily part of our life but sometimes we neglect talking about it or taking care of it and it adds up creating a big mess for us. This book is a collection of stories by 21 therapists. This book can help us to restore the balance of our life. It's story give some advice and makes us think hard and motivates to drink balance to our lives. It has an easy language which makes it easy to understand its content well. Overall it's an informative read. Well written.

The novel can be considered as a self-help book. What makes this book different from other self-help books is the fact that this novel consists of chapters by different authors worldwide. I appreciate the author's idea of merging the thoughts of different authors in a single edition. Dekho authors are therapists too. The idea of merging the experiences of 22 therapists makes this book stand out and knowledgeable.

Once I read the table of contents of this book instantly wanted to read all of the chapters I need felt like these are the things I need to know in life.

So there is a lot of stuff one can learn from this author's own life stories and their struggles. The best thing is the chapters are quite different from each other. It's not that the book is only about a particular topic. There is a wide range of topics that are discussed that turns out to be very illuminating. The basic idea of the book is how we can balance our mind, soul and body. Dabok someone has the capability to heal a person mentally and physically.

This novel has a very elegant vibe. The vibe is positive and energetic. The book helps in understanding how to be positive and use our energy for happiness and success.

One thing that the world is lacking is inner peace. This book helps in understanding how we can make our solar come and bring back our inner peace. There are several quotes that I pointed out which are quotes nice to read.

I recommend this book to all age group readers. No matter you take this book as a short stories collection or a self-help book this novel will pay you at the end. I personally read the story very slowly because there is a lot to grab out from this novel. Those readers who are not into this genre can read this book, you might feel a little boring sometimes but you can read this along with the book you like.

Title of book says everything about the book, purpose to grab a copy. Book has 22 chapters authored by around 22 different authors, from different places, narrating their personal life stories and on different topics related to Body, Mind & Soul well being.

The best part of book is they don't harp on their sufferings, hardships, struggles/bad that happened but concentrates on what the individual (author) did to rise above everything and stand tall. Book gives out author's beliefs, philosophies for life, educates readers with what happens in one's mind/body by default, how we should accept/take action, what to concentrate/do's and how etc. for complete transformation of oneself.

Each story inspires you, motivates you, fills you with positivity and hope for achieving better version of oneself. After each chapter there is a small dedicated chapter to know more about the author. Book is well organized and presented in a nice way so that no two authors speak on same topic or give contradicting information. Language is simple and easy to follow.

Very insightful book so would recommend to all.

Collection of 22 short stories which is the best time and read during this quarantine as the focus of this book is to lead a happy and balanced life. It is a self-help book which helps us to attain a peaceful life and a different perceptive.



One thing I liked the most about the cover which is simple yet very catchy the TITLE WHICH INCLUDES ALL THE PICTURES OF THE AUTHOR.

The book gives us tips to find balance in life. It will help to give you happiness in whatever you do in your daily life. The society in which we live doesn't let us achieve happiness. We ourselves have to strive for the happiness and live a beautiful life. It is totally dependent on us.


The book will guide you to keep a balance between your mind and body which is very important in today's world. The book has talked about many practical problems which we face in day-to-day life and how we can overcome them.

The book is co-authored by 21 therapists on the subject of well-being of body and mind. The book covers aspects of how to ehance your soul, mind. By giving examples on nutrition, creativity, stress, communication, sexuality, power finding and creating a lot more stuffs are narrated in this book, the authors not only explain about these areas of life but also give examples how to achieve them!
The stories are beautifully narrated by all the co-author covering all these aspects of life. Each story has something unique to tell and convey. It is a perfect guide for well-being of body and mind of the a human. This book is much a self-help that will motivate oneself to achieve an equality between mind and body.

The cover of the book is beautiful It shows pictures of all the co-authors, the title is also beautiful and unique.

Coming to the plot of the book, the book highlights about well-being of mind and body through stories talking about different areas of life, nutrition, communication, sexuality, power finding.
Loved the plot of the book, it was something new for me to read and explore.

Coming to the narration of the book, the narrative part is easy and in simple language.

22 Voices Make ONE

This is an eclectic and insightful mix of body, mind, or spirit wellness articles by 22 different authors. There are articles ranging from green juices to the divine feminine to better $ex! Most chapters describe some of the author’s particular wellness journey or her or his professional experience with the topic; most also give concrete action steps on whatever the topic is about. Just reading through the introductory material of the book and of the essays themselves gives you a sense of all the participants' excitement about the book. Each chapter shows that author’s enthusiasm for her or his topic as well. While I certainly wouldn't call it a definitive wellness guidebook, there is much food for thought here… and much to do, if you so desire. If you enjoy eclectic books about wellness, you may very well enjoy this one. I suggest you take a gander at the Look Inside at Amazon to see if the topics interest you.

One: Your Wellness Guide To Body, Mind & Soul by Mirav Tarkka was an educational and intriguing read. It was not the type of book one can easily breeze through. There was a ton of information and different stories shared by different people that I had a difficult time picking a favorite. Several sections stood out to me and resonated with me. I highlighted many quotes and important bits during my read that I know I will be referring to frequently. I loved the organization of this book and the energy I felt behind each authors portion. So many contributed to this book that I was amazed. It even has a section of gifts for the readers at the end of the book. I enjoyed this read even though it’s not typically my go to genre. I highly recommend it.

These kind of books can be full of so much value due to the fact that you are getting contributions from many people. I think the way Mirav Tarkka was able to put this together was really seamless.

The sections are all along the same theme, but each shine in their own way.

It's a great collection that really will provide much needed guidance that is invaluable.

I'm so glad I got to take the time to delve into each of these. Read all at once or split it up, either way, you need to read it!

This is proof you can have input from many minds and do it successfully. I think everyone included in this was well represented and provided valuable insight without going against what others say. It's great to have different voices speak on similar things and see how they all relate. Very well put together and empowering and inspiring!

This is such a great collection from people who all know what they are talking about. So much value and information and I really enjoyed each person authority.
I thought the way the book was put together was organized well.
Great read.
