The best resource I read on compulsive sexual behavior. The psychology analysis is deep and gentle. Most content are based on scientific researches and the author's clinical experience. No religious or unsubstantiated methods. It is thought-provoking for a man on his recovery process.
This is by far the best book I’ve ever read on overcoming sexual addiction. At a pastoral counselor and as a recovering addict myself I have read several books on this topic over the years. Hands down this is the most equipping.
Doctor Skinner is my current supervisor for therapy. I have learned so much by talking to him and listening to his insight. This book is a great read for anyone trying to understand a little more about sexual addiction. I know that it will be a reference guide as I continue to learn more about people and how to help them in their therapeutic journey.
