“There is a kaleidoscope of beauty we can meet within us when we truly sit with ourselves.......whatever our external circumstance is,we have this precious gems within waiting to be utilized.Instead of discounting all the beauty we are, we can start opening up to it and make it a reality, activate it in various ways,be creative when we have a glimpse of it.That's how we can start breaking the barriers down from our hearts that blocks us from truly living fearlessly and kindly and nobly.”

When we Love another,we love the Divine
When we love the Divine, there can be no separation
We are all One,no form of harm can be created!”
