LIBRO 1:
E' stato un bellissimo libro con i colpi di scena che piacciono a me. E la protagonista mi piace un sacco, soprattutto per come evolve la sua storia.
LIBRO 2:
Il secondo libro di questa serie, mi è piaciuto meno per la trama ma il personaggio principale resta sempre il mio preferito!
Complessivamente tutti e due i libri mi sono piaciuti molto ma trovo che manchi ancora qualcosa per essere davvero perfetti. La storia è favolosa senza dubbio, ma qualche dettaglio a mio avviso sarebbe da migliorare. Andrò avanti di sicuro a scoprire questa serie e altri libri dell'autrice.

This is for The Perfect Wife only…loved it! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I could have done without some of the gritty details that played in my mind for hours after finishing. That said, the writing was very good, the characters were enough to like some and hate others. I figured it out halfway through but that didn’t stop the suspense. I would say that the description of the book shouldn’t give away the main ‘WHAT?!’ of the book. Because of the description I knew who HE was and was just waiting the whole time for the revelation.

My 3rd book by Blake Pierce and the second Jessie Hunt book. I'm usually not one to read murder mysteries because I also know "who did it and why" not even halfway through the book (even with movies. It makes Carl so mad lol) but Mr. Pierce has a way of nothing giving too much away to keep me guessing until the very end.
This one was a little slower than the first Jessie Hunt book, but still a really good read!

Actually I read the first book, The Perfect Wife. I couldn't find the book by itself.
Great story, already started the second one. Exciting, fast paced and suspenseful .
Jessie is a student completing her graduate studies with a practicum with a serial killer. She chose to interview this particular serial killer. Why? I will leave that for you to discover at the end.
Meanwhile she and her husband have moved to a suburb and joined a Club in which the women and men are in separate groups. She soon learns more about why that is happening and the real purpose of the Club, which seems to be taking up so much of her husband's time.
This is a good one. So glad I found this author who has written so many books I intend to read.
