One of my favorite books to read are friends to lovers. So I am very critical when it comes these books. But let me tell you Mrs. Vasser and Snowbound was written beautifully. The chemistry between Aiden and Noveh was so powerful at times, I had to clench my pearls. The emotions from the two was felt from page to page. Even though they were afraid to take their friendship to the next level because of fear, reality sometimes makes you face that fear. Having to fight for their lives put everything (their love for each other) in prospective. It let's us know that tomorrow is not promised and that we should live life to the fullest and not live without the love of your life. Friends always make the best lover because they foundation has been set and like Aiden he was attuned to Noveh's every need. He filled that loneliness she felt when her parents died. Aiden proved to not only be strong, good looking, fine man but also a fresh of breath air (literally) and a hero. Their love pushed them to survive and get through the worst conditions every. Pick up this book. You will not be disappointed! Snowbound will have you captivated and clenching your pearls at the same time!

Friend to lovers are what Novah and Aiden are, after quite a few years in the friend zone. They really like each other but are letting the unwritten rule that you don't date siblings best friends rule their hearts. The attraction builds and then an avalanche happens all bets are off of these two surviving this. Are the odds tacked against them and will they survive or be snowbound for ever?

Mutual Attraction
Choose this rating as it was well written and no grammar mistakes. I've read and bought this authors book before. This is well written telling story of two friends who are mutually attracted to each other but not sharing their feelings. She is attracted to her BFF brother. Abby is pushing Novah to date her brother in order to hide her relationship with her brothers best friend Scott. They all goon vacation together for skiing, and it goes down hill or I should say Aiden and Novah become snowbound and their attraction takes off from there.
Recommend the book, it will keep you revited, I finished book in a day. Worth the 5 star rating.

Aiden is a character that goes after who he wants and that person happens to be Novah. Novah seems shy. But all that goes to the back door once their lives is in jeopardy. Excellent
Oh what a joy, I held out for as long as I could when this book landed on my kindle and it did not disappoint. A truly excellent author, excellent enchanting storytelling, the pages turned themselves total entertainment. You will not be disappointed with this read.

I’ve been busy with grading midterms so it’s taken me a little longer than I expected to read and finish this story.
It is a sweet, friends to lovers story with an HEA. However, the first 50% of the book was slow to me. At the 50% mark, I felt that the story started to get to the point and get exciting.
I will say this, Novah’s insecurities bugged me. I rolled my eyes a few times throughout the book.
The main moral of the story, I took away, never take life for granted. Tomorrow is not promised, so if you have the opportunity, take it!

Aiden and Novah, have been dancing around each other for over five years. With a little help from a meddling sister/best friend, can these two go from best friends to lovers? There was no denying the chemistry between the leads. When circumstances out of their control thrust them into a dangerous situation, where they have to lean on each other will these two make that love connection! Very good book!

2.75 Stars. (BW/WM). A Kindle e-book. Mutual attraction . Slow moving predictable storyline. The heroine, Novah Bankston, and the sister of the hero, Aiden Lawson, became best friends as students not and eventual graduates of the same college. Aiden is also the CEO of a multi billion dollar company that appears to have employed Novah and his sister, Abby, in the accounting or financial department. Novah and Aiden became amenable acquaintances and physical attraction when Novah shared an apartment with Abby following her parents deaths. Slow predictable behavior of characters as they creep along a dull stow moving storyline: 1. workaholic Novah mush be begged by Abby and prodded with kisses and groping by Aiden. 2. Aiden’s uninvited and recently discarded girlfriend shows up and angers Aiden at the same time intimidating Novah. 3. The best laid alone time plans by Aiden go awry when he and Novah fall down break nothing and may out for days in a cabin. Once rescued their HEA is temporarily delayed because Aiden’s ex rears her head claiming she’s pregnant. It’s not so and finally, the hero and heroine escape to a far away beach town and secretly marry because they are in love and have been having unprotected sex.

What a heart racing story
Novah Bankston did not want to go on a week-long skiing trip in the mountain with her bestie and brother. Aiden Lawson, her best Abby's brother, was the last person she wanted to spend a week around knowing she would not be able to hide her attraction to him. Little did she know was that he was hiding the same feelings for her as well. Their timing was just not right, plus they had this "best friend's siblings are taboo"' thing going on. Besides, Aiden had some hangers-on who just did not want to shake him loose. What they both found out was that they had to stay alive to make that dream come. What Aiden knew that he had to make sure to save Novah's life because he knew without a doubt that Novah was the woman for him that he wanted a future with her.
I just love how LaShawn wrote this story. The plot and storyline were well done. I love how she used Novah's mother's spirit to get her to wake up and move so she could see their safe place ahead of them. It was so funny to see how everyone around them knew of their feelings for each other, no matter how hard they tried to hide it. Abby was absolutely determined to get her brother with her best friend. It was so heart wrenching to read how Aiden and Novah saved each other and heartwarming to read how they succumbed to their feelings of each other. They both knew, without a shadow of a doubt they would get their HEA in the end. They were determined to make it so.

LOVED IT
Read this in one afternoon. I love Friends to Lovers Romance. If you have not read this you are missing out. The hero, his sister, his sister's best friend and three of his college friends going to ski resort for a week. The hero had feelings for his sister's best friend from the first time they met and vice-vera. He is determined to tell her how he feels. But his ex-girlfriend shows up. There is some suspense , I don't want to be a spoiler. Have to read it. 😉😉😉

I thought this was a cute friend to love book with a little twist adventure added. Novah is very smart and has the looks to back it up however there is one issue. She has a think for her best friend brother Aiden. Aiden is rich owns his own business but the one thing missing is Novah. Again thought the book was cute couple go through growing pains but not that big of any. HEA of course

A rollercoaster read
I liked this story because it did not follow the usual friends to lovers troupe but had an element of danger which acted as a catalyst for the budding relationship. I did not give the full five because of some grammatical errors but the story was enjoyable.

Not bad
This book was kinda slow pacing wise until the middle then it picked up. It got a little repetitive at time but on the whole I liked it.

Destiny to live/love

This was my first time reading a book by LaShawn Vasser. I have heard some good things about her writing and when I read the synopsis to Snowbound I knew this would be my next book to read.
Novah and Aiden were so adorable together in this book. Both having feelings for each other but never saying or acting on it until something traumatic happens to them both.
Snowbound will have you laughing and sitting on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next to them. The supporting cast (Abby and Scott) they were so cute together. I completely understand why they were so secretive. Anthony and Brent needs their own books. I would love to see the women who lock them down (lets work on that LaShawn LOL).
