This is easily one of the most interesting books I have ever read. It is clearly written, well organized, and espouses a philosophy of magik that embraces its many facets and many evolutions right through to the present. A cogent disambiguation of the subject, it also serves to illuminate many other things besides, including a brief and relevant history of philosophy, religion, and modern psychology. This is definitely worth a read.
