Good book with great philosophical background to scenario planning. It really takes scenarioplanning beyond a simple management/strategy tool in ways that has not been done elsewhere. Yet at the end I missed a step of taking all theory into action or practicality. Yes practical recommendations are made, especially for education and healthcare, but somehow I was still missing a deeper conclusion that put the whole philosophical journey in persective. Hence only three stars.
