Rate this book
I’m an escort, which means this date is nothing more than a mutually enjoyable transaction. There shouldn’t be any surprises, not for one as jaded as me, but when I walk into the penthouse suite of L’Etoile, everything changes.

1) For one thing, Bea is heartstoppingly gorgeous. Pale green eyes and endless freckles. Curves I want to spend all night exploring, as if her body was made for me.

2) Her innocence makes me want to use my entire inventory of bedroom tricks on her and then invent a few more.

3) Except that… she’s a virgin.

I can initiate her into the world of desire without letting her get attached, can’t I? A few hours of tutoring, and at the end of the night a small fortune will be deposited into my bank account.

But once I realize one night with her won’t be enough, I’m the one who’s screwed.

I love, love, love books written from the hero's point-of-view, and Escort was no exception! Hugo was impossibly charming and seductive on the outside, yet inside he was a sarcastic, self-depricating shell of a man. I fell for him immediately, of course. :) Five swoony stars for this sweet, opposites-attract story.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Escort (stand-alone). Male escort arrives to take maidenhead of heiress, but is side-tracked by his gentleman instinct!

“Virgins don’t hire me.”

Escort (stand-alone) opens up to male prostitute Hugo Bellmont arriving to entertain a new client. But what he finds is so different. Musician and internet sensation Beatrix Cartwright, Bea has, due to her agoraphobia, been cooped up in a hotel penthouse since she was ten years old. She intends to lose her virginity, but is set on no pleasure.

Though Hugo and Bea feel an instant attraction, learning of Bea’s plan, Hugo doesn’t just want to claim her maidenhead. He feels a need to know about the heiress locked away in her tower… to seduce her and offer her pleasure. And while spending time together they learn they have much more in common then a brewing romance… and it just might threaten everything.

“It’s the reason she stays in this tower, this princess with red hair. Because it’s safe. And that’s what I must be, if I’m to be allowed to stay. “Safe,”

Six words to describe Hugo Bellmont: Lonely, motivated, cocky, nurturing, reflective and noble.

Six words to describe Beatrix Cartwright, Bea: Lonely, isolated, naïve, modest, smart and innocent.

Escort, told from Hugo’s POV, a story about two lost and lonely souls from different worlds who overcome painful pasts and find friendship, passion and ultimately love through compassion, truth, lust, forgiveness, love and… a bit of revenge.

“She makes me want to breathe in deep, to stretch my limbs. To watch her rise.”

Sooo Escort is about...well an Escort. lol He is called to a penthouse by a woman with a bit of a strange request.

"Virgins don't hire me."

Yupp you guessed it, she is a Virgin and she is a bit of a homebody and he wonders if he can really take her up on her request. As I sit here writing my review, I am giggling at her shyness while telling him all about her request. Goodness. haha

Anyway, make sure you one click Skye's newest release and get lost in this Escort and how he will handle this Virgin.

omg where do I start. Hugo is a well known escort he's good as his job and he aims to please but when he's hired by Bea to take her virginity he gets more than he barging for. Bea is a sweet girl who's been shelter about all her life but she knows she's missing out on things , one being intimacy that's why she hires Hugo but she's discovers more about herself. This is a beautiful story. loved it.

A beautiful story that left me sighing and with a smile on my face. The couple of Bea and Hugo is so beautiful, I loved them together.
Bea is a unique character, beautiful, a sweet, innocent girl, her story is heartbreaking and my heart ached for her, but the way her character manages to evolve and change through the plot is incredible,
Hugo is an escort who is obviously sexy but also has a past full of luggage, a guy with demons and a painful past, at times I wanted to enter the story and embrace him, but the way he changes for Bea, who achieves change yourself, it's so beautiful, I loved this character.
This couple is perfect, they are perfect for each other. Bea hires Hugo as his escort and when they know the chemistry and attraction is instantaneous, but besides that, I loved the connection they had, how they complemented each other.
Another thing that I love is that it's told from Hugo's point of view, and I always love male POVs, I really loved it, it's not the typical romance, it's the story of two lost souls who together manage to overcome their pain, through friendship and love they achieve their redemption.

The end just perfect.

I haven't met a Skye Warren book that I haven't loved, and this is not exception!!! Escort is a standalone contemporary romance. This book was so different that what I expected but in a good way. It was so much more and then some. This is a beautiful and touching love story. You will easily fall in love with these characters.

Bea is beautiful but very broken. Hugo was sexy and the object of many women's fantasies. He has a deep appreciation for the female species and loves making them feel special. The only problem is, is that Hugo has things in his past that have broken him too. Can both of them move past these issues to realize that they could be good together?

Bea is a virgin. She is anxious to rid herself of this burden. She doesn't want emotion, she just wants to get it over with. Hugo is an escort called to help Bea out with this problem. The only problem is that Bea calls to Hugo like no one has before. Can Hugo satisfy Bea's need to get rid of her virginity and be done with her? Can Bea be okay with just one night with the unexpectedly caring and sexy escort?

I was so taken by this story. I devoured it in one day! It was a heart-warming, heartbreaking, touching, super sexy, hot & steamy, beautiful, love story with twists and turns & an HEA that will leave you swooning long after! I highly recommend reading this book! It is beautiful and refreshing. Thank you Skye Warren for taking me on their journey of love!

Skye Warrens talented writing is limitless!!!!! I always love her work and get completely absorbed into her intoxicating world. Hugo is sexy (panty dropping HOT), successful and also one of the highest paying Escorts in the area. When he is sent to do a job, he didn't realise his world was about to get irrevocably changed. Bea is an ethereal beauty who is a sinfully wrapped mystery that Hugo so desperately wants to unwrap. But with a long time revenge jeopardises his chance with Bea, he must decide what is more important. This gorgeous stranger that has totally beguiled him or get revenge on something that changed his world.

This is a somewhat spinoff from 'The Endgame' series. It's set in Tanglewood and we get to see characters from the previous series. You don't need to read the others at all, this completely stands on its own. There isn't enough words to describe just how talented Skye Warren is, her writing is so effortless, yet has a major impact. Her characters, her stories and her writing is second to none and are all consuming. It was steamy, sexy, vulnerable and innocent, yes they seem contradicting, but that's just how brilliant her writing is. This is definitely a must read!!!!

Escort by Skye Warren is the story of Hugo and Bea. It is a standalone romance read. Hugo Bellmont started out poor but has worked his way in life to where he only has to work once a week if he wants to. I bet you wonder what he does to be able to do this? Hugo is a male prostitute or Escort and he is at a place in his life where he is very sought after and he only has to work once a week if he chooses. The book starts to when Hugo arrives to entertain a new client at the L’Etoile. Only Hugo is surprised when he finds out who his client is. His client is Musician and internet sensation Beatrix Cartwright (Bea). Bea is an agoraphobic and has been cooped up in a hotel penthouse since she was ten years old. Bea is seeking to get rid of her virginity but isn’t looking for it to be pleasurable. She hasn’t met Hugo before. Hugo thinks this is going to be an easy peasy job but soon he comes to realize Bea is not the usual type of women he normally “works” for. First, she is younger, second, she is sweet and very innocent and lastly, she is not bitter. Hugo himself is sarcastic, bitter, and so hard on himself. Yet he projects this charming, seductive, and smoldering outer shelf when dealing with clients.
Their first meeting had this instant chemistry. It was electric. Oh just remembering how painfully shy Bea was when she was expressing to Hugo what she wanted from him has me shivering. Yum. Bea starts the book as this introvert who has gone thru something so painful she is unable to function very well which is why she is housebound. Hugo and Bea are really made for each other. You can tell from their interactions and the chemistry between them. Ms Warren did a great job in building the beat and building the story. There is more going on than just Bea wanting to lose her virginity. In this book, there is angst, anger, pain, heartbreak, desire, lust, secrets, lies, revenge, vengeance, pleasure, hope, friendship, compassion , forgiveness, and ultimately LOVE. In this book, there is so many twists yet the twists make sense. Oh I just loved every moment of Bea and Hugo together. This book is told from Hugo’s POV and what telling it is. Just a note, the story is set in Tanglewood and we get to see previous characters from the author’s other books- Damon and Penny with brief glimpses of Christopher, Harper and Blue. Ms. Warren has written a compelling, enthralling story that will take the reader on a roller coaster of a journey. The author wrote a unique beautiful love story , one that share which the readers which is one beautiful creation.

5 stop what you’re doing. This will ruin you stars.

Loved this book.

Loved the main characters.

Hot. Sexy. Sweet.

The only complaint I’d say, I want more!! More of a struggle to be. More details. Just more. It was awesome. But I’m used to Gabriel Miller and Damon Scott. So. A little more hurdles would’ve been good.

But I love tanglewood and loved this story.

I really don’t know where to begin. This was one of the most romantic yet hot as heck stories I’ve ever read. Bea is such a beautifully created character that I wish she was real so I could be her friend. Her backstory is amazing and makes me feel for her from the very beginning. The way she grows and changes throughout the story just puts me in awe.

Now we gotta talk about Hugo. Holy friggen crap. He’s HOT but at the same time so hurt and open. I just wanna give him a hug. The way he changes for her and in the process changes himself... < 3 Also...The first scene when he meets Bea is great with the cat. I love the little details like that.

Hugo and Bea are really perfect together. They actually complete each other and that isn’t something you see in a lot of stories. The author did a fantastic job on this story. I loved their connection and their chemistry. It’s like the author painted a picture using her words for this incredible romance. I can see this becoming the next best selling movie.

The ending was beautiful but I selfishly want more of Hugo and Bea. Overall this is a feel good, awesome story that I want to read over and over again.

Two words: MALE POV... or I guess that was actually one word, one acronym.
Whatever, this is not a drill. Exclusively male POV! Something I don’t think Skye has ever done before.. except maybe in Leashed.. I digress.
I don’t know if I could have had this any other way. Hugo’s perspective was so unique and delightful. Instead of hearing Bea internalize her insecurities, we got to see her beauty through Hugo’s unbiased eyes. His narrative was so deliciously Hugo - there really is no other way to describe him. The way he speaks - I just want to go around starting sentences with, “But no...” I’m not doing this justice. Let me try again.
When you pick up a book about a virgin and a prostitute, you’re expecting a lot of innocence and naivety. You probably don’t expect the characters to be matched in either. On the one hand, here you have a man who sells his body and enjoys women. But you’ve also got a boy who was manipulated into this man and who never learned anything about love. In this, Bea and Hugo were matched perfectly. Their shared spark was apparent immediately. Watching a hero bend automatically to that instead of running from it was refreshing and yes, completely swoon-worthy. I love a dark, gritty taboo as much as the next gal, but this one was sweet and full of heart, even despite the darker undertones. Skye has done it again with her timeless, beautiful words and her ability to make you just sit back and dream and feel.

My heart is fluttering with all the feelings from this incredible read. I could swear my body did some fluttering too :-D

Sadly, I cannot tell you all the juicy, steamy, overwhelming details about it. Actually, I won’t tell you anything, absolutely anything, about the plot. It would ruin the pristine, arousing, poetic experience of discovering the treasure this book will wrap around your mind as if it were an expensive garment.

There's a male escort and a virgin who hires him. From there, the author spins a fairy tale of darkness and light, of a tarnished hero and a princess locked in a tower, of revenge and the price of freedom and of love found when all hope is lost.

Unusually for this author, the POV is from the man’s perspective (I loved that!), and it was awesome and eye-opening. He's not as dark as other male characters written by SW. I loved Hugo for his hard origins, his elegant seduction, his tender soul. And sweet, admirable Bea has so many nuances. Even her profession was so appealing. The love they share is one beautiful creation.

I always crave a new story from this author, and this time her gorgeous writing and poignant imagination shine with a unique and touching light.

This was a sweet, slow burn with a misty overlay of temptation swirling around it. This isn't a dark read, this isn't sugary sweet read, this is all about the temptation, the pleasure, the aniticpation, and the thrill. It has sexy moments, and they will burn you, but it has so much more

Hugo loves, like, loves women. Their shapes, their thrills, and making them want him. Good thing, he is an escort after, one of the most demanded in Tanglewood. He has done so well for himself that he now only works one night a week, Saturday. He has been an escort for a lot of years, since his madam picked him up off the streets in his mid-teens, and that gives him some freedom now that his bank account is cushy. Nobody has ever made him feel though, it has always only been about the sex, until Bea

Bea doesn't leave the hotel she has lived in since she was 10. Her guardian makes sure she has everything she needs, but human contact is minimal, her choice. The world is a scary place, so it easier to stay inside, it is a hotel afterall, and it caters to her every need except one. Bea needs to have sex, so hiring it to come to her seems like the easiest choice to make, until she meets Hugo and he wants to bring her pleasure

Both of these characters are extremely likable, both are extremely sweet to each other, and they are perfectly matched. The build up to the sex, the build up to the relationship, and the build up to them being together was a slow climb, that plateaued, rather than dropped off. Just a thrilling of a ride, but the journey was the excitement

Hugo and Bea....sigh
This book....sigh
Skye Warren did it again. After the darkness in Hostage, The Escort gives you a different vibes. A male escort, Hugo is everything you want in a man. He will make you swoon, lusting and falling in love so easy. Not because that is his job, but more. Its because its all him. A beutiful man who know how to look and treat a woman. But one suppose to be simple ordinary job night, she was there. Making all become less than simple or ordinary.
Bea is not his typical client. Not just because she's a virgin, but there are something about her that makes Hugo couldn't be just a professional. Her innocent, her bravery, her lights than shine all his darks. The hope she bring to him for a different path. Different future.
The Escort wow me in so many levels. Its sexy and seductive ways just...gaaah i wish Hugo is real! That guy could read me yellow pages and i'll be puddle on his feet! The way Skye write this story just so smooth, sexy, seductive without being vulgary in details. Every time Hugo and Bea together is just like foreplay in the most sensuous ways.
And Hugo, he is so much more than just an escort. First, i was swooning so hard. Then lusting. The more i get to know him, i got angry and heart break for all that has happened to him. And when he let go all his dream, all his purpose just for Bea, i died cause of love of this beutiful man.
Skye Warren just slayed me another day with this book! And they don't even have to utter one "i love you" for you to feel it in your bones!

This was a total surprise it snuck up on me and I slowly fell in love with both characters.

It’s unusual to get a book in the man’s POV, I loved getting in Hugo’s head as I often wonder what is the man thinking.

Hugo is a very successful male escort and his latest client is Bea, what should be a one off business arrangement morphs into something unexpected.

This is not your usual escort book and that’s due not only down to the writing but also to the uniqueness of the characters story and no I’m not going to tell you more.

Yes we have a steamy novel but Hugo and Bea have a genuine connection. The banter between them made me smile but he is such a beautiful man and with Bea we see the man he was meant to be. Bea is an amazing young woman and I’m confident when you read her backstory you’ll be like me and want to be her friend. I know I’m being vague but be honest you don’t want me to tell you anything really.

I’m always in awe of writers who can craft a story that you become immersed in, one that you dive into and don’t stop till you’ve finished. I loved the story the characters and the writing.

I will read just about anything Skye Warren writes, even crazy instructions on how to put flat-pack furniture together. So, this was a no brainer. And it was so worth it.

Normally when you think about escort agencies, you think about females going out to service males. That's not what happens here. In this one, we get Hugo, a male escort. He's very popular with all the ladies and he loves his work. He's managed to build up quite the portfolio and spends most of his time doing other things. He only works one night a week, and he is in high demand.

Beatrix lives in the penthouse of L'Etoile. She's lived there for more than a decade, and she doesn't leave the hotel. Ever. She's decided that she's ready to rid herself of her virginity, and the best way to do it is to hire an escort to do the deed. No muss, no fuss, and no connections. She tells him that she doesn't even need pleasure, she just wants the thing gone. But, Hugo isn't willing to do that to Bea, who is one of the most beautiful women he's ever seen.

This book takes place in Skye's Tanglewood 'verse, so there are some familiar locations and some familiar characters that we meet. It's nice to see them. But, the book is a standalone, so if you haven't read any of the other books that take place in Tanglewood, you aren't going to miss anything. Those familiar characters are basically little more than cameos used to push the story forward. But that's OK, Hugo and Bea are more than enough for this book.

They are both fantastic characters who are very detailed and richly written. I loved getting the feel of each character and how real they felt. I'd love to see another story from them at some point, just to see how things are going.

Escort is the first book I have actually read by Skye Warren. Yes, yes I know - I am an idiot for not reading any of her books sooner. I have just about every book of hers on my TBR, I have just never had the time to read any. And wow, I actually hate myself for not making the time to read any of her works sooner.

This book was amazing to me. There was no deep-rooted plot or an in-depth look into these characters. If anything, there is very little digging real low beneath the surface of Bea and Hugo yet they were so captivating to me. They both have a past that plays into this and their story and their interactions were exquisite and enticing. I could not walk away from this book, even if I tried.

Once again, this book proves that a true writer will win you over with their words, regardless of how deep the plot goes. I became so entangled in their story, regardless of how brief and quick it was, that I needed to know how everything turned out. I was so enamored by Hugo and Bea and their lives. And that tiny little twist that Skye adds in just makes this book all the more entertaining.

This book was perfect for me. I devoured it in no time and it left me, elated, aroused and feeling amazing. Yea - words really can do that. If you are like me and have never read one of her books, I highly urge you to read this one. And if you are already a die hard fan of hers, I have no doubt you will love this book too.

4.5 Amazing Stars!
Those of us familiar with this author’s writing will be ecstatic with her newest story, Escort, a Standalone that is told in Hugo’s, the male character, perspective. Ms. Warren has magical a way with words; most of her stories are filled with dark and strangely erotic characters that dwell in the twisted and debauched made up city of Tanglewood. The majority of her heroes and heroines are damaged souls that are looking for redemption, some would say revenge, and Hugo and Bea are no exception to the rule.

“Virgins don’t hire me.”

As a highly in demand, and highest paid escort in Tanglewood, Hugo Bellmont can afford the luxury of working just one night a week. He thinks he’s seen and heard it all. Or so he thought until he arrived for an appointment with a new client. He’s both shocked and surprised by Bea, as she wishes to be called, and what she hired him for. Why would someone so young have to, or want to, hire a male prostitute? He tries to refuse her proposition at first but after some thought, convinces her to spend some time together, to get to know one another. He considers himself a gentleman first and foremost and plans to seduce her before he’s willing to complete the job he was hired to do.

“How does she see inside me, like my skin is made of glass?”

Beatrix Cartwright, a young and beautiful woman, has been living in the Penthouse suite at the exclusive L’Etoile hotel and has never ventured outside the hotel due to her agoraphobia. She’s been living there for over ten years, sent there by her guardian, after her parent’s tragic death. While she does occasionally leave her suite, to dine at the hotel restaurant, she never leaves the property. The only interaction she has with the outside world, other than the trusted hotel employee, are the messages from her fans who watch her piano performances. As a talented pianist she tapes herself playing and has become an internet darling with a huge fan base. While Bea has a very good reason to hire Hugo, one she doesn’t want to share at first, he finally convinces her to confess her secrets. For someone so young and apparently naïve, she can be very observant and perceptive.

“Most people would think he’s happy. It feels like he’s full of joy, but there’s sadness, too. A part of him that longs for a world more colorful than this one. And when I’m around him I long for that world, too. Have you ever met a person like that? A person who made you dream of more?”

I loved Hugo, with his old world manner and speech, I felt as if this story could be set in another era. When his tragic history is revealed, and we learn what he’s had to overcome at such an early age, I’m amazed by the kindness and humanity he still has. While Bea was unsure and scared of stepping outside her comfort zone, she proved to have a backbone made of steel for someone who’d been sheltered her entire life. It would come in handy at a critical time.

Such a sweet and sexy book!! Escort was not what I expected going into to it. I didn't expect it to be so sweet and endearing. Bea and Hugo started out with him being a male escort and her looking for someone to get rid of a pesky problem she had. Hugo was such a considerate and attentive man considering the life he had growing up, being a street thug at a young age and living with a single mom busting her butt to make ends meet. Love me some Hugo!! Now Bea is the true definition of a shy virgin, losing her parents at a young age, basically raising herself and becoming a brilliant pianist. I absolutely adored her in this story!! This isn't your typical Skye Warren book to me but it is just as good as all her others. This is a book everyone should read and enjoy!!

I wouldn't have thought Hugo and Bea could find a way to be together, but against all odds, they lit up the pages! This story gave me some heart-pumping moments as well as some sweet and poignant ones. I truly enjoyed it - it wasn't as dark as I was expecting, and there was a good balance of character development as well as plot twists. This was an engaging read, and I loved it!

Title: Escort
Author: Skye Warren
Category: Romance
Series or Standalone: Standalone
POV: Single POV
Plot: 4
Characters: 4
HEA: Not telling

I have read every single book by Skye Warren...Wait...I have read nearly every book by Skye Warren but this one was different! It had a different air about it...It was less dark but complex and so refreshing.
This author knows how to create tension. She knows how to give readers fleshy characters with complicated pasts and storylines that few would tread.
I loved Hugo. I loved Bea. Every single, imperfect part of them. I found them relatable and human, something I always seek in my books.
I liked this clever twist in the escort subgenre. I trust Skye Warren to offer me mouth-watering romance and she certainly delivered.
I recommend it!

4 Sensual Stars!

I went into this one completely blind, didn't read the blurb or nothin.' Man, I was surprised with the depth, not thinking this one to be as serious as Warren's other works. Well, technically it's not, but it packed a stimulating punch. What I LOVED most was the connection between the characters, the attraction was soaked into my skin. I wouldn't, couldn't stop reading until the last word.

The story centers around a male escort, you wouldn't think so much feeling would devour you. I absolutely loved the story & characters. Revenge and affliction kept me a bit on the edge. But, in truth I loved reading the growth between two unlikely souls. It was beautiful!

I loved this book. I love Skye Warren and Escort is no exception to this love. This story is amazing. This quick little read packs quite a punch in the hotness department. I loved the idea behind this story. I love when a story makes me laugh, swoon and is just generally hot. I want you all to read this amazing little gem.

If you've never had the opportunity to read anything from Skye Warren, now is your chance. I love Escort and I know you will too!

I have never read a Skye Warren book before, that being said…I can’t believe I haven’t read anything by Skye Warren before because she is an amazing writer! I adored Escort! It was diverse, it was special and it definitely was very emotional at times. I really enjoyed that the point of view was from Hugo, it’s very rare in the romance book world that we get point of view’s from men but I really enjoy it.

I absolutely love how Skye Warren always delivers an amazing story. Escort was no different.

I was drawn into Hugo and Bea’s story immediately and could not put it down. Escort is a unique story and not what I was expecting at all! I definitely recommend.

NOTE: This coming year I have set a challenge for myself of reading one book a week that takes me out of my comfort zone. A book that may include one (or more) tropes (scenarios) that I avoid like the plague. Cheating. Older women/younger man. OW drama. Just to name a few. Nothing is off limits. I am taking a HUGE step out of the box I usually live in and charting a course into the unknown (HaHa). My reviews for these books will differ slightly from my usual as I will focus more on whether the author wowed me despite it having content I avoid. That said, I will go into each book with an open mind and an open heart and who knows, maybe I will discover a new favorite author on the way!

description~THIS BOOK INCLUDED THE FOLLOWING TROPES (SCENARIOS) I USUALLY AVOID~
-- Male Escort

~WRITING - PLOT - PACE~
I knew going in that this one was going to be a bit outside my comfort zone. I usually avoid books with escort heroes but I really like this author's writing so I figured if anyone could get me to enjoy a book with a male prostitute Skye Warren could. And I enjoyed it. Oh, I still struggled with the fact that he was basically the top-selling whore of Tanglewood (gag). The fact that he only worked Saturdays (for a while previous to meeting Bea) and was never with another client after he meets Bea made him slightly more palatable. I found the writing to be very good if a bit flowery. In fact, pretty much everything about this book was flowery. The setting (which I loved). The way the characters spoke. The ambiance. The sex scenes. The entire book was very grandiloquent. The pace was very good. It was a fairly quick read that took me a couple hours to get through. The plot was engaging. There was a bit of an underlying mystery that added some nice depth to the story. The entire book is told through Hugo's POV. I usually prefer dual POVs in my books, but the single POV worked quite well here. Last, it was all wrapped up in a satisfying ending.

~HERO~
HUGO... I liked him. He was charming. He was sweet. He was sexy. He was damaged. He was quite taken by Bea from the moment he meets her. I wasn't a HUGE fan of the fact he was an escort but considering I knew that going in it didn't take away from my rating at all.

~HEROINE~
Bea...I enjoyed her character as well. She was sweet. She was damaged as well. I felt for her and the very sheltered life she lived. I loved how she was with Hugo and I loved the strength she showed at the end. She was a very likable heroine.

description

~SECONDARY CHARACTERS~
Most of the secondary characters in this one are familiar faces from previous books. We get to see Damon and Penny again. Harper. Along with a few other guys. My inner Scooby sense tells me we MAY be getting a book featuring Harper, Sutton, and Christopher. Whether it will be a menage or a love triangle, or neither, I do not know. But I am VAWRY intrigued by the prospect.

~HEAT LEVEL~
Medium. The sex scenes in this one were fairly hot. Again, like most of the book, they were on the flowery side. The frequency felt organic to the story and the main couple had amazing on page chemistry.

~ANGST LEVEL~
Low. I didn't find this one particularly angsty and there really wasn't any OW or OM drama. Hugo's madame and the woman that took his virginity at 15 pops up a few times, but she doesn't really cause any issues. And Bea's guardian wants her, but again he really causes no issues. That said, I wasn't a HUGE fan of all the mentions of Hugo's escort life and his OW. But again, I KNEW when I signed up that the hero got paid for sex, so it didn't take away from my rating. But I know some people are bothered by that type of thing so I figured I'd mention it.

~IN THE END~
I enjoyed it for the most part. Like I mentioned I did struggle with Hugo's profession. I knew going in that I would. Hence the whole "stepping out of my comfort zone thing." I just couldn't stop thinking about poor Bea having to run into Hugo's former clients whenever they went out anywhere. Especially since he specifically mentions one right at the end. That said, the writing was very good. The characters likable and the plot engaging. Therefore yours truly is going to give this one two thumbs up.description

I think this book has a huge advantage because it’s in the male POV. Seeing this story thru Hugo’s eyes made this extraordinary. Honestly, I don’t think it would have worked at all in Bea’s POV. Anywho … the story had an electric charge to it. Hugo bleed charisma and magnetism. He wasn’t just sexy on the outside, but also the inside. But he was also very modest and maybe a little shy. I know that sounds like the opposite of what I just said, but that’s Hugo for ya ….

Bea was a beautiful soul. I loved all her different layers. Especially was the story started to progress and they become more than just lovers. These two were truly meant to be. The author has really developed two unlikely pairings to be very likely. (that seemed wordy lol)

Bottom line, this is the story of two souls lost in their own darkness that brought each other into the light. It’s a must read, imo.

First thing we should discuss is that outrageously sexy cover! That naughtily sly smirk on this face makes me clench up a bit! I mean, just look at it! It’s gorgeous! Plus that pink pops off that cover with the deep colors of Hugo’s sexiness in the back. Sigh… its just perfect! Bravo to Miss Skye Warren’s cover designer, its perfection! The cover could NOT be better for the words Warren put inside.

With a title like “Escort” I knew this was going to be a hot book, however, I wasn’t prepared for the amount of romance that was in this book. Maybe it’s because this book is entirely in Hugo’s POV or maybe it’s because he is INCREDIBLY romantic… you choose. So we have Hugo, the top-paid escort in Tanglewood. He’s an escort of the high profile elite. He’s so honest… almost a bit blunt but extremely open. The way Hugo thought about Bea and how his feelings escalate is beautiful to read.

Bea has some issues. She wants an expert to relieve her of her innocence. Hugo is definitely attracted but has some problems with her offer. Did I mention that Bea if seriously incredible. I loved watching her change and evolve over the book. The connection between them FEELS real. Skye Warren created a truly unique and heart-filling story. Warren’s writing and flow totally engulf me into her worlds. These characters become my friends while I read and when I’m finished, I miss them. That is what makes a talented author.

I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that... my opinions.

Reviewed on Behalf http://bookaddict.live,
I would say thank you to Skye Warren for returning us to the Den in Tanglewood. Where we meet male escort Hugo who only works Saturday nights as he is at the top of his game. When he is sent to L’Etoile hotel penthouse suite, and there he meet Bea a beautiful young woman who is also a virgin.
I not going into more of the story as you have all read the blurb, but this story is much more than you expect. Both Bea and Hugo have demons left over from earlier in their lives, and they live with them every day.
I really enjoyed this love story set in a place we’ve become familiar with. This is completely standalone, but introduced some new characters that I am sure we will meet again. This was a beautiful love story told completely from Hugo’s POV and yet I was unaware of that until now. The writing was addictive I was so immersed in the story, and enjoying Hugo falling in love I didn’t notice much else. I can’t recommend this book enough.
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This story had my heart and mind pulled in all different directions. Hugo and Bea’s romance was insatiable and so heartfelt. Hugo’s story was much more than being a male escort. He is,of course, handsome but with so many different layers to his background. He has his own money from real estate investments and does his escort business once a week. Then he meets Bea and his world has new meaning. Bea is a beautiful, talented and wealthy introvert who finally wants to loose her virginity. She decides she wants to loose it through an escort agency with a no strings attached. Little does she know not only does Hugo show her the most sexual pleasures they’ve both ever experienced but heal the pains of their past. Awesome story!!!
