Strong core characters wrapped in airship pirating adventures. Just a joy to read, each story sparkled and stood firmly on its own. Taken together, they are a delight. I'd love to see a full novel, but even better would be an animated series.

If you are looking for escape in short bursts, this is it.

A thoroughly charming and adorable series of short stories packed full of airships, mishaps, fun adventures, and the occasional side trip for delicious repasts. If you've read Skytown from the same author, this adds a great bit of world building and character expansion to that novel. If you *haven't* read Skytown, you're definitely missing out--pick that up ASAP, then buy this once you've devoured it.
