The Patrol Leader Handbook should be read by Scout patrol leaders, of course, but it should also be read by adult Scout leaders. The Handbook lays the responsibilities of the Patrol Leader out in sufficient detail and accessible language to allow any Scout-aged young man to assume and succeed in this role. Scout leaders will find it useful in understanding what their Patrol Leaders should be, know and do.
