This is a collection of essays written in the 60s and 70s by Bob Glass. Bob spent much time in both academia and industry, and pinpointed a lot about the mismatch between the two. If you know anything about agile software development, you will enjoy reading this book as you gain insight from one who recognized the problems in software development long before the term "agile" was ever in use. I don't think any essay takes more than twenty minutes to read. A great way to start your day.
